"We spent a most enjoyable two days at Bossington Hall. We loved the authentic grandeur of this Arts & Crafts home and the genuinely warm welcome. The staff ensured our stay was relaxed with the most impressive and comfortable bedroom. The breakfasts were quite exceptional, and the grounds were a joy. "Great old place but needs some love. Bed ok pillows not so good. Heater works well but not towel rack. Water gets hot but not great pressure. "

"As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. "
