The room was clean and stay was quiet. I did pay extra for my dog, the area outside for dogs wasn’t shoveled or salted at any point.

The house was very nice - clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious and fun with all the games! Diana was very responsive - communication was great. We were visiting friends who live near Pittsburgh so the location worked out very well for us.
