"This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed."

"They didn't clean the room every day. There was spiders and other bugs in the room and bathroom. The tub was too high I couldn't get in there. The handicap chair couldn't fit in the tub. The breakfast area didn't have muffins, or fruit and there wasn't any milk for the cereal. The hotel staff was ok. The pillows was flat. It wasn't a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was a good area. I used to live in Memphis. ☹️☹️☹️☹️"

"The hotel is very filthy. There’s no emphasis on even keeping the main areas clean. My room was so dirty that I had to be moved to a different room once the hotel was no longer sold out. My friend wasn’t able get a clean comforter for her bed therefore she had no bedsheets to sleep over a three day stay. Our toilet paper rack was hanging off the wall. Our sink in our bathroom did not drain nor did it have the cap in the sink that is usually there to catch things. The staff are very...

"The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."
