"First of all, the staff was quite nice and we have nothing but good things to say about how helpful they were for our family. They accommodated our requests.
In terms of the property - when we got there, the pool and the breakfast were both not available. Due to renovations, they were not offering either one. "The most unique aspect of this property is that the indoor pool is IN the first floor lobby! So be prepared for indoor humidity and noise during pool hours. Many rooms face the pool and have glass exterior walls with curtains! The design feels very dated and accessibility is an issue - stairs with no visible ramp to the breakfast bar. Staff was helpful, room was clean but amenities were few. In serious need of an update!"

"Quiet hotel, perfect for a couple days stay. Close to amenities and clean comfortable room. Would have given a higher rating if room was cleaner but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Could see stains on bed sheets and hair clips left from previous guests on ground. Not many breakfast options in lobby but also near many restaurants/fast food. Receptionist were really nice during check in and out."

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas.
The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."

"The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. It seemed like they were just college kids there for a job.
The breakfast was a total joke. While they don't advertise it as a complete continental breakfast, the offerings were subpar at best. The staff didn't keep up with any of the replenishment of coffee, food, etc, to the point where I ended up just getting breakfast elsewhere.
