No coffee maker in room. No room service. Went down early for coffee. Not open but got to see 2 mice skirt across lobby. Went to check bag at 8 am no staff,eventually showed after 10 minutes. Attended a conference will recommend they find a different site next year

Omni William Penn Hotel
Beautiful hotel, like stepping into the past. There is some wear and tear noticeable in some spots on walls and in the elevator, but nothing major. Architecture is gorgeous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurants were open and moderately busy. Breakfast buffet is delicious! It was a lovely ...

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
Location to restaurants was great. Elevator was out of order in the parking garage the whole time and had to walk the stairs twice a day. For a week we were there.
