Great communication from the host and Marco. Smooth checking in process. Villa spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Pool and outside space extremely well kept. Would suggest a car to get around as it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to shops/restaurants. Golf course is stunning and not too far to walk to. All in all a memorable holiday just relaxing which was well needed!

This beautiful modern villa exactly matched our high expectations

The check in/out process was efficient and friendly thanks to Marc. He was also very quick to respond when we had a minor pool pump issue too. The villa was beautifully clean and so well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood (apart from a a few dogs barking!) We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time, we went to a wedding at La Finca. The villa was as described and met our needs. The showers were excellent. I think it would be more flexible if the beds can be doubles or singles or a mixture. Marc was really helpful, sorted some groceries for us on arrival as we were late arriving

Modern and well equipped house in a very quiet neighbourhood with a nice outside area to enjoy the pool. There was only one parasol however and we felt it needed more.The roof terrace is large with ample seating but not very well lit.The air conditioning in the main bedroom is strangely positioned round the corner and as such takes quite a while to cool the room down but is fine once it has been running for a while.We liked that there is a kitchen island which provides ample food prep space and the kitchen is pretty well equipped.The driveway isn’t available because the gate isn’t in use which is a pity but there is always a space to park your vehicle in the street.Overall we would recommend this villa and will definitely consider booking it again if we’re in the area

fantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser neuen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa. Die Küche war die beste, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus vorgefunden haben – alles war vorhanden, von hochwertigen Geräten bis hin zu praktischen Utensilien. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sogar Spiele und Spielzeug für die Kinder zur Verfügung standen. Die Übergabe verlief problemlos und alle Anfragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die Heizung war ausreichend, sodass wir auch im Winter (Dezember/Januar) keine Probleme hatten. Die Lage der Villa ist ruhig und abgelegen an einem Golfplatz, was für Entspannung sorgt – ein Auto ist jedoch notwendig, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!“

Peace and Quite!

The property was stunning - white, light and bright. Modern with everything to enjoy a week of peace and quiet, with an abundance of everything. Terraces, splash pool, sun beds, cooking facilities including a bbq. Minutes away from a lovely golf course and easy access to the coast. However, there were a few problems which I’m sure will be fixed. The top terrace pergola covering was damaged which was inconvenient as it was too hot to sit out. The ground floor bathroom door would not stay closed and the lock didn’t work which was a bit awful as it opened directly onto the living / kitchen space. Being the end of the summer season I suspect there is a need for a more thorough cleaning of the property and the pool. Perhaps the bed linen could be upgraded. All this said I would book the property again.

Inaccurate Description

The house is lovely. But: It is listed as 3 bathroom which it is not. The property manager stated the shower outside by the pool is considered a 3rd bathroom .....are we that gullible? I was specifiacally looking for a 3 bdrm 3 bath property and missed out on others as I liked the location of this one. Please correct and make the listing accurate. Also the automatic gate I was told was not working the duration of our stay so we had to park on the street. If it is not working the people renting should be told beforehand. The drains for the showers were plugged as well as the sinks. I cleaned them out myself....they were all full of hair. The traps need to be cleaned out on a regular basis. The induction stove cooktop did not work properly the entire time we were there. It always went to an error code. We found out the code meant that the cooktop did not have the right amount of electricity going to the unit. The villa itself is lovely but there were a lot of problems we encountered and did not get what was advertised online.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir sind als 5-Köpfige Familie angereist, Kinder (9,4,1). Zu erst waren wir skeptisch, ob die Fotos wirklich der Realität entsprechen, da wir in Spanien schon einmal enttäuscht wurden. Jedoch war alles genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und hat unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Bereits vor der Anreise hat Mark Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und es war kein Problem 1 Stunde vor Check-In das Haus zu beziehen. Es ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Sitzerhöhung, Töpfe, Pfannen, ausreichend Geschirr, Gesellschaftsspiele,….es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Preis-Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir werden dieses Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Très bonnes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille dans cette magnifique maison, tout était parfait ! Il ne manque rien, maison très propre et parfaitement entretenue. Le secteur est très beau et calme. La piscine est top !!! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à Marc pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Très jolie maison très bien équipée

Déco soignée, propreté impeccable et maison très bien équipée.Cependant, déception pour les enfants car nous avions annoncé une maison avec piscine mais l'eau est tellement froide qu'il n'est même pas possible d'y mettre les pieds.Quartier très agréable mais éloigné de la mer.

Everything you need for a holiday stay

Eveything about the villa was more than we expected. Note that two double bedrooms, one bath downstairs with double master suite upstairs. Has more cooking equipment than you might have at home. Spotlessly clean and everything is new. TV is French and told nothing available other than news in English. Sun loungers, beach towels well provided for, lots of hangers in all wardrobes. Only found switch to turn on pool lights on our last night. No longer a supermarket on complex with restaurants and bars a good 25/30 minute walk away. Car highly recommended. All in all a lovely peaceful villa in which to enjoy your holiday.

Home From Home

Had an amazing 7 days, the Villa had all the amenities you could need. Stocked with everything to make it a home from home. Couple of minor issues but the management of the Villa was great and able to support. Be back next year!
