Holiday home for 12 people in Algodonales, in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia.

It is one of the oldest in the area.

In the past it was a winery, before the vines in the mountains were damaged by a plague.

About 70 years ago it had a threshing floor at the door where the local people would gather to have parties.

It is a completely renovated and very comfortable house.

The water supply is from a well and this means that special care is needed with its use, due to the drought of the last period and the lack of water in the area.

Located on top of a hill in the Cuesta de los Yesos area, it is well connected by paved road, 10 minutes from Algodonales and 15 from Zahara de la Sierra.

The house is distributed over two floors and an independent annex apartment. It has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with a stove and fireplace, a kitchen and a beautiful swimming pool with spectacular views of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

The apartment next to the house has a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen.

The farmhouse is characterized by the tranquility that it breathes and by the wide and clear skies, the starry nights being spectacular.

The olive trees and agaves are the characteristic vegetation of the farm and in summer the sound of the cicadas accompanies the afternoons in a dry silence that invites you to rest and enjoy the siesta in the coolness of the house.

This is a place to rest, to get away from the noise and enjoy with the family.
