Oak Cottage is a unique two bedroom bungalow located in the heart of our gorgeous courtyard which is shared with five other cottages. This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. Oak has a generous sized open plan living area with flat screen TV, which contains a six seater dining table and overlooks a fully fitted solid oak kitchen. The kitchen is finished to a high standard with quality appliances and everything else you may need to create a home from home experience. Th first bedroom comes equipped with a comfy super kingsize bed in an ample sized bedroom, along with a well-equipped en-suite bathroom made up of a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom two is another spacious bedroom which contains twin beds with an en-suite shower room with a power shower and toilet.

As you exit the cottage you will see that the laundry room is located in the middle of the courtyard, perfect for those staying for a long period of time or even those here for a short break and want to escape all of the washing when they get home! This cottage is dog friendly, so that no member of the family has to miss out on a relaxing break in the countryside. Beach 3½ miles. There is a restaurant on-site which offers Wi-Fi. Pub within a mile and fishing available nearby.
