The prestigious Villa Donna Sofia is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool in the countryside of Alezio, near Gallipoli, its nightlife and the beaches of Baia Verde. Pets are allowed.
The villa is equipped with the most modern accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, internet,
heating system, baby cot, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, tv,
kitchen with electric kettle, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave
oevn. In the garden, in addition to the swimming pool with solarium area
and gazebo, there are the outdoor shower and a parking area.

Villa Donna Sofia is characterized by large outdoor equipped areas where you can relax, by the swimming pool or under the gazebo with
outdoor furniture. The villa is on two floors with additional
outbuilding. The beautiful terrace with gazebo is furnished as outdoor
dining area.
The villa opens into a big living room under
star-vaulted ceilings, with an elegant sitting room and dining area;
moreover, there is a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area of the
main unit consists of 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

Villa Donna Sofia is a prestigious countryside estate, near Alezio,
a small town with a long history, many services and a historic wine
cellar, well-known restaurants such as Le Macare and other cultural
spots such as the Mandonna della Lizza sanctuary.
Gallipoli, with its lively old town centre, the nightlife and the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde and Rivabella is a short drive away.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 10 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is an external bathroom with sink and toilet.
- Up to 15 people only the main house wwill be set up, then from 16 guests onwards the annex will be integrated.
