Home in the Center of the City!

This home is a two-story house with a peaceful back yard setting.
The home has a large kitchen, a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There are four flat screen smart televisions in the home with internet access.
The first floor has an open floor plan with room dividing curtains separating the sleeping areas which include a queen-size bed and full-size bed. The first floor has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The upstairs is open with a booking of 4 guests or more and has two queen size beds, a bathroom with shower.
The front entry is at ground level, and the back entry has a patio door with a deck.
The upstairs has two accesses (indoor and outdoor).
The home has private parking away from the street.
There is room for trailers.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une semaine dans ce chalet et je le recommande chaleureusement. Le logement est conforme aux photos, très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout y est prévu pour passer un séjour agréable : literie confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle, décoré avec goût, matériaux de qualité. A 5 mn de Brunico, mais au calme pour se reposer. L'hôte n’était pas présent mais disponible et très réactif, une organisation parfaite.Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fun spot and lots of places to sleep. I thought the pictures showed more of a bed room then the curtain set up. However it all worked great. Our kids loved having their own TV over the beds. All in all great spot with no clean up hassle you get at other properties.

Overall this was good fit for our group. Plenty of space for 8 adults and was very clean. Owner was very responsive to messages. Only thing to be aware of is this location is listed as a 4 bedroom home. Although there are 4 beds, there are no rooms or doors between the beds. It is a very open concept. The downstairs beds do have curtains for some privacy.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend and having the extra sleeping space and bathroom upstairs worked great. The location was great and centrally located. The only suggestion we had was to maybe add wine glasses to the supplies and a broom or small vacuum. Thank you!

The host was very helpful. Always got back to us by text fast and answered our phone calls one the first call. Very accommodating. Had towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner…tv had a lot of channels to choose from. Ample parking for 4 cars. I would stay here again if in the area again! Don’t have to do anything before you leave. We did the dishes and took the trash out.
