  • Discover a lavish vacation experience in this spacious home, just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The kitchen, a chef's dream come true, awaits your culinary creations. Step onto the covered, screened rear deck for alfresco dining or bask in the sun on the adjacent open deck, both overlooking the lush private two-acre landscape of the Blue Ridge Mountains. After a day of exploration, unwind in the hot tub, taking in the serene surroundings. Treat yourself to the finest the area has to offer!

    Here you will find a mountain paradise exuding exquisite craftsmanship, luxury furnishings, and a warm ambiance. The main floor features a well-equipped chef's kitchen, dual dining areas, and two inviting living spaces. This level boasts a master king suite, a second king suite, a queen bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath. The lower level offers three additional cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a third living area, and access to the hot tub. Every corner of this 3,000 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed for up to 12 adults, with the bonus of a sleeper sofa.

    You'll have two beautifully landscaped acres to explore, including a charcoal grilling area, a lit pergola, and a relaxing hot tub. You will have access to the full home including the 2 car garage. There are a couple utility rooms that are locked for guest safety. I live just a few minutes away and am available if if any needs should arise. 12 adults sleep comfortably here and there is room for an additional adult or 2 children on the sleeper sofa (linens provided). Please let us know if you are booking for more than 12 so we can leave linens for the sleeper sofa!

Beautiful property, very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and so peaceful. Spending time in the hot tub and around the fire pit was perfect. Communication and check in were great, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home! They had everything we could need. Nice layout and very comfortable. The game room and basketball court was perfect for our family fun! Nice touches with coffee and snacks. Very clean and well organized!

Fantastic property

Everything was fantastic. Lovely house, immaculately clean, with very nice furnishings, including linens. Host had great communications and we genuinely had a wonderful time.

The home was spacious, warm, and inviting. Jenna was a great host and responsive to any questions or concerns. The kitchen was open to the living area which made it convenient for everyone to be together. Plenty of dishes and silverware. No kitchen appliances like a slow cooker, and we did have to purchase a blender and food containers for food storage. Plenty of linens and it was nice not to have to buy toilet paper and a lot of cleaning products as we were here for two weeks. Great yard for pets, although not fenced so you have to walk them on a leash. Probably a good idea anyway because while here we had deer, turkey, prairie dogs and a young bear in the back yard. So cool to watch. I would stay here again for sure and recommend this home to others.

Family over night stay for a wedding in Asheville

This was a beautiful home, not too far from Asheville. It was newer, extremely clean, cozy, well appointed and had everything that we could possibly want or need. Loved all the added details that were put into the home. The beds were comfortable, as well as the nice big couch in the family room. The hot tub was a really nice bonus too. Jenna was an absolutely wonderful host. Quick to respond with any questions we had, and very informative too! Our family would have loved to have stayed longer.

Beautiful home!

The home was stunning! Decorated so beautifully and very clean. The beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up! Had a great time visiting and wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Place to Stay -- Immaculate

Stay was a last minute trip and was so relieved that we find such an outstanding place on a holiday weekend to rent. The home was perfect. Very well maintained and in new condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely return and hope to stay longer. Thanks.
