Welcome to our Lake Life Luxurious 3 BR/2BA (1250sqft) condo on beautiful Lake Martin. Newly furnished with great views and DEDICATED BOAT SLIP RIGHT BEHIND THE CONDO. This condo is the perfect get-a-way to enjoy the lake , weddings, reunions, Auburn sporting events and graduations. North Lake Condo Club amenities including 2 pools, a playground, game room and boat launch and docks. Easy access to HWY 280 making it super convenient to Auburn, Birmingham. Montgomery and Atlanta. Welcome Home!!!

Second floor unit convenient to pools, playground and steps from water! Kids have tons of fun enjoying this "zero entry" access to the water, skipping rocks, turtle hunting, fishing, & kayaking in the cove. The unit sleeps 8 people, has fully equipped kitchen open to the living room for entertaining. Relax on the updated private balcony that overlooks the dedicated, deep water boat slip and lake. Lounge by the 2 pools or relax floating on the lake. Boat owners bring your boat! The site has deep water boat slip and a launch ramp. There is parking for your trailer at no additional fee.

Great property!

We enjoyed our vacation so much! Brian was super helpful and his response time was super quick! The unit smelt amazing and was so clean when we arrived! Everything we needed was available. We will definitely be staying again!

Great Place

Our stay was amazing! I grew up in the area and the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was nice and clean, as well as the condo grounds around it. The communication with the host was great! I received messages immediately. We hope to stay here again!

The property was nice. The problem is it is next to a very busy road so when you sit outside all you can hear is road noise. Fortunately you can't hear it inside.

Fishing

My family stayed for a weekend fishing tournament at Wind Creek. The property had a boat slip and is a short ride by water to Wind Creek. The property is very clean and is convenient to Alexander City and Dadeville.

Family Reunion

The property grounds were nice and well kept. Our condo was very nice and clean with a good view of the lake. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. I would definitely say again. Brian was very prompt with communication.

Weekend Engagement Party

We booked this condo to be in close proximity for an Engagement Party. Everything was clean and exactly how it’s listed. We did have an air conditioning problem but Brian was so quick to respond and have it taking care of. We would definitely recommend condo and book again!

Iron Bowl weekend

The condo was perfect for what we needed it for. About a 40 minute trip to Auburn. We explored Alexander City which had some of the cutest shops and Horseshoe Bend battlefield. Except for the ending of the Iron Bowl the weekend was perfect. War Eagle always!
