The Anthos Trullo, together with the Agapé Trullo, forms Villa Agapanto, a semi-detached villa offering an enchanting landscape and a private outdoor space.

The villa is surrounded by nature, with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, and provides a stunning sea view.

The Anthos Trullo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (with an additional bed).

It is designed for year-round stays and is perfect for remote work—a great opportunity to work in a special place!

THE LOCATION

This villa is located within the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park, on the Adriatic coast, just a few kilometers from the Ciolo Bridge and Santa Maria di Leuca.

It is set in a very quiet residential area with little traffic, making the environment peaceful and relaxing, which will enhance your stay.

The nearest town, Corsano, is less than 3 km away, where you’ll find all essential services and commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, bank, gyms, etc.).

THE HOUSE AND THE OUTDOOR AREA

The house is about 75 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a full bathroom, and a large living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a sofa, and a relaxation area with a TV.

Outside, you can enjoy the stunning sea view and the surrounding landscape. The covered veranda is the ideal place to dine, offering a breathtaking panorama.

Additionally, the outdoor area is furnished with sofas and an umbrella, perfect for relaxing moments. There is a laundry corner with a washing machine and an outdoor shower.

Finally, the large garden surrounds the house. It is filled with succulent plants, colorful flowers, and some organic fruit trees.

The villa has a very large, private, and fenced parking area.

Over the years, many famous guests have visited Lo Scalo Restaurant, captivated by the stunning panorama of Novaglie Marina and the excellent cuisine based on fresh fish.

The villa reservation includes a 10% discount at the restaurant. There is also a 15% discount on the rental of umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach club adjacent to the restaurant.
