"I was given an accessible room even though they were not fully booked. The shower are area water did not drain and was all over the floor. When I mentined this they barelt saw the picture I had taken and said they would address it. I don't think the property appeals to me. I always feel that if we boomvia Expedia we get treated to the rooms that have the least appeal for others although the price point for this property was $70 more expensive than the Westin"

"The bathtub needs to be replaced, the cleaning staff needs to be more diligent as the bathtub had hair in the corners of the tub and the edges .. requested the bathroom to be cleaned the following day and they still didn’t clean the tub well enough as hair remained and the edges still had pink gunk. The restaurant food was not good. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it had fat in it along with the skin being soggy. I then replaced it with a flat bread where I asked for it extra crispy...
