5th and 6th floor duplex apartment with lift, fully furnished, with superb beach and sea views.

On the 5th floor has a common room facing the sea, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and balcony with sea view. Space dedicated to children with appropriate table, chairs and games.

On the sixth floor there is a hall, 2 sea view bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, baby cot, a full bathroom and a terrace with chairs and table where you can have breakfast, have breakfast sunbathe or simply relax enjoying the magnificent total landscape of the beach and the sea.

Bed linen, tablecloths and bath towels included.

Equipment: Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, LED TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, unlimited internet access and Netflix.

Cleaning included (in / out).

Beautiful property, excellent location, parking is actually on street in a busy area, but we were able to park a few streets away. Well equipped kitchen and access to Netflix greatly appreciated by the teenager in our group

Great host, great place!

We had a beautiful time at Dina’s place! Dina is very welcoming and the apartment is just amazing. We will definitely come back when in Portugal.Such a view you won’t forget easily!

Sao Martinho Do Porto Beach

By far the best Vrbo experience we ever had. The pictures do not give justice to how amazing the views is in real time specially those beautiful sunsets! The host provided us with very specific check in instructions. The apartment was super clean and with all the items you will ever need. All you have to do is to go to the elevator go down to the lobby cross the street and enjoy the beach and all the good restaurants around !! We will go back for sure.

What a view!

Right on the front, top floor with wonderful view of the beach. Located centrally, everything you need is such easy reach, supermarkets, cafes, shops and restaurants by the dozens. I used to live nearby and Sao Martinho do Porto was one of my favourite places to visit.

Vue superbe

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce avec une belle vue et tout est proximité à pied. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour y séjourner. Cependant l'appartement manque d'entretien d'intérieur dans la mesure où : - mauvaises odeurs récurrentes dans la salle de bain - manque de table dans la terrasse à l'étage pour y profiter des petits déjeuners pour ceux qui le souhaitent et ou de transat pour y profiter également - nous avons également signalé un problème de stores et nous aurions aimé une réponse

We have to come back

We met our marvelous hosts who welcomed us to show how everything works in the apartment, a beautiful bright 2 bedroom - 2 wc with a stunning view of Sao Martinho do Porto. This is a magical, must visit coastal town and there’s no better place to stay than here. This apartment is thoughtfully equipped for everything you need for a short or a long stay, with many year round restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Couples or families will be comfortable and while summers may be crowded, the beach is a protected cove making for a safe and scenic vacation. We hope to come back soon..

Clean and convenient apartment with amazing bay view!

Lovely 2-level apartment with amazing views of the bay from both bedrooms and living room. Clean and fitted with all many nice conveniences in the kitchen and bath. The AC/heat on the first floor and master bedroom were a plus this time of year (note: there is no unit in the second bedroom). A toilet/sink tucked under the stairs on the main level was handy. Very sturdy and secure apartment door was appreciated for safety! Host was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful place & view

This was a comfortable and pretty two-floor apartment. Dina & her husband were friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Portugal & the location worked well for us to see more of the country.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Has everything you need for the perfect holiday.

The booking process was easy and the host Dina was very friendly and helpful, even checking we were ok mid week. There was everything you needed in the property for a stress free holiday. The view from every room was stunning and the gentle sound of waves lulled us to sleep every night.

WOW!

We walked into apartment and both said WOW!!! 2 mins from beach....such a long walk....across the road! The view is amazing. The communication between Dina and myself was very good as I had a little problem with my card payment but it worked out. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Very modern with nice artwork. It had everything you need for your holiday, from kitchen utensils to toilet paper. Saved going to supermarket for basics. The beds were very comfy, bathroom shower very good. I slept like a baby, I think it was the sound of the waves. The whole apartment and building was lovely. Will I go back....YES. We are planning another visit next year with our grandkids. Dina & Her husband are lovely and very helpful regarding where to eat and where to go etc. (Haha) I really don't want to say HOW GOOD IT WAS as I don't want it to get booked up so I can't get back when I want (i'm joking) Its one of the best apartments I have used and I've used loads. Thanks Dina & Joaom, We will be back
