Our group loved your home and the location. It is so nicely decorated and stocked with supplies. The entry and lock up procedures were easy to follow. I would suggest installing some grab bars in the two showers for safety. Thank you for allowing us to stay….

The house was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. My only complaint, which isn’t a complaint…just info for the owner, is that the hairdryer in the master bathroom doesn’t work.

Pros: clean, thoughtful kitchen with coffee/tea, easy to access to running path, ample parking space, and spacious. Cons: guest bedroom on upper left with really worn mattress sinks in badly, sheets in bedroom downstairs smelled like cigarette smoke which affected the guest with breathing sensitivity, small water heater. Only two guests of 7 had warm showers. The bottom floor never heated up at night. Our downstairs guests slept in a really cold room. Shower head in master bath leaks badly. Mattress is master bedroom is too hard and left us with neck pain. We were able to stay together in a really nice neighborhood but wished everyone slept comfortably and equally in a warm environment. Half our guests slept in hot upstairs while our guests downstairs suffered.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful home and view. Our family had a wonderful time. Very convenient to Sandia Tram, Olde Town, and road to Santa Fe. Great walking track directly behind house.

The house was beautiful and very clean. A wonderful family home. The only thing that went wrong was that the refrigerator was not cold nor did it get cold. Host was notified and very gracious. We would gladly recommend this host and home and would stay again.

Summer Vibes

The neighborhood and location were great. The house had ample space and accommodated all of my family. The cleanliness was satisfactory. There were a couple of ants in the house and the backyard could use some sprucing up. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Family Grand Canyon Road trip

My Family and I absolutely enjoyed this home, while we were away on our week-long Grand Canyon road trip. Everyone had ample space and a sleeping arrangements were perfect. We really loved the neighborhood as well. Check in and exit we're a breeze! We highly recommend this host and his lovely home.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is a great house that is located in a nice neighborhood. The home was super clean, well stocked with towels and dishes, and had a lot of sitting options throughout. We had 6 people stay with tons of extra room. I will look to book this again if we are in the area.

Get away trip

The house was big for my big family, the only downfall is the bathroom downstairs doesn't have a shower and climbing the stairs for my shower was rough. I'm disabled so I had plenty of help. The house is in a perfect area. Thank you
