  • CASITA DE PADRE
    One of four thoughtfully appointed historic casitas on the Stay Old Town Road property. This sweet little house is all set up for a comfortable stay with a queen bed, bathroom stocked with shower essentials, kitchen that has all the tools you need to cook a meal, dining area that seats three, and a living room with smart TV and a sleeper sofa. We even have a washer and dryer available for your use in another building on the property.


    We’ve set up the property so that guests can help themselves and feel like it’s a home away from home. But we are always just a message or call away if you need help with anything at all. You may spot us or a member of our team around the property during your stay. We won’t bother you with more than a friendly wave or a quick hello.

    The BEST neighborhood to get a taste of Albuquerque food and culture- mostly within walking distance! It is a quiet, residential area that both visitors and locals love for the historic charm and convenient location.

    This is a shot gun style home- meaning it's a "straight shot" from the front door to the back door. It has a living room, full kitchen, and bedroom with attached bathroom.

    One of the best things about this house is it's location! You can walk to so many great places- museums, galleries, restaurants, and more. Beyond that, Albuquerque as a whole is most easily explored in a car. Uber and Lyft are widely available.

I'm so pleased that these adobe casitas, which date from the 1800's, were restored rather than replaced. All the modern conveniences were there, but so was a sense of history. Very safe, clean and comfortable within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants & trolley. Definitely recommend.

Everything was clean and comfortable, though the shower was a tight squeeze for a big guy. Minor adjustments, and it was fine. The location could not be any more convenient for walking the Old Town.

Wow Simply Wow . Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Close to Old town and a beautiful park for our dog to walk across the street. Totally quiet private and safe with all the amenities you need plus beautifully decorated..Thank you for a wonderful stay ,We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful space, gracious and generous hosts. Walking distance from Old Town and Museums and across the street from a lovely park. The house is immaculate and charming in all the lovely ways. Will absolutely stay again.

Perfect spot for our own space

The casita was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting ABQ for the holidays. It was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and the hosts are like and helpful. And there was plenty of space for a portable crib and for our baby to roll around :)

Spring break visit to Albuquerque

My college-age daughter and I spent a few days in Albuquerque and stayed at this Old Town property. This small house couldn’t be cuter and it met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room was was just right and the beds were comfy - including the pull out hideabed. The outdoor areas were fun to check out as well.

Great stay!

The property is exactly as pictured in the VRBO photos. Everything worked; it was clean and in a great location across a lovely park from the Art Museum, the History and Science Museum, and Old Town. I felt safe walking my dog around the park and on the property. A lovely stay.

Wonderful property all around. Great, walkable location. Immaculate. Thoughtful amenities. Beautiful outdoor space. Owners are super kind and quick to respond to any questions. This exceeded our expectations!
