We visited Albuquerque for four nights to take in the Balloon Festival. This home is great for two couples. We liked sitting in the private patio in back and grilling hamburgers. In addition to the balloon events, we enjoyed exploring old town Albuquerque. The home was clean and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The plug ins for phones by the bed in the second bedroom need some work, although there are other outlets. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

This rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, efficient, spacious, and came with just about anything we needed. There were a lot of supplies (unused or unopened) left from previous guests like paper goods or bathroom supplies, detergent pods that worked well.The TV streaming was great as well. We were able to access our personal steaming channels with little issue after a system reboot. The A/C and ceiling fans kept things at a very pleasant temperature as well. On a couple occasions i needed to contact the owner and everytime he was extremely quick to respond. The neighborhood of the rental home was very nice, kept up, and extremely quiet and close to many restaurants and things to see. The use of the garage for our rental car was a great benefit.Overall it was an extremely positive experience in Albuquerque.

Initial access was a problem again (after the same issue three days before in Carlsbad NM). But after we made contact with the owners, they changed the pass code, and we were in. The home and neighborhood were very nice. The interior was excellent--comfortable, well decorated, and spacious. We enjoyed being "at home" there. New AC unit was a plus -- as was the garage! The hosts responded right away to other requests and needs when they arose.

Everything about the property was exactly as it is described in the VRBO listing: the posted photos are exactly as we experienced and it is a Quiet neighborhood, all appliances working, centrally located in a comfortable friendly neighborhood, very close to the Bear Arroyo green area. There is a Carbon Monoxide detector, BTW. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. This is our second VRBO stay in 2 locations and I can say, so far I’m impressed with the service and accommodations.

Very cute house in a great location. Backyard is small but big enough for what we needed and the BBQ grill was great. We've stayed in quite a few VRBOs and this one wasn't as well stocked as some. No tissues, paper towels and toilet paper were cheap. Only one bathroom had shampoo. There were detergent pods for doing laundry but no dryer sheets. Overall, it was just minor inconveniences. We were able to cook a few simple meals with provided cookware. We didn't need to contact the owners for anything but they were great at providing communication for check in and out and guessing they would have been very responsive had we needed anything.

The location is PERFECT! It is near a park with a playground, a large open space called Bear Canyon Arroyo, and also coincidentally all my old friends I was in town visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and seemingly very safe. The only complaint is that the garage didn’t work, and very few outlets were reliable. Other than that, PERFECT!

Quiet and Comfy

Stayed 20 days. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was comfortable. There’s a park about 1/4 mile away and a few restaurants within 1/2 mile walking distance. The place needs a few updates/upgrades and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and might book it again in the future.

Location is Great

Convenient to accessing old town Albuquerque, Nob Hill, Santa Fe, Sandia Mountains, Bandelier and more…close to museums, and restaurants and stores of all types. First time travelers to the area and were pleased with the place, communication with owner and ease of access.

This is a very nice place!

Beautiful unit. Very clean and private. Very nice decore. The bed was excellent. Good kitchen (we did not use it much). Garage for your rent a car. Very comfortable couch. I would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

Quiet Weekend

We came to town for a concert and thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of this property for the weekend. It was clean and we were excited to park in the garage. Our only complaint was the main bathroom door would not close

Loved it!

This home has a perfect layout for 2 couples -- two bedrooms each with king beds and their own full bath. Location was great -- 20 mins from the airport, 15 mins to Sandia Peak tramway, 25-30 mins to the Balloon Fiesta grounds. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and a nice park/arroyo area is about 3 blocks away. Having access to the 2 car garage was a big plus. We contacted the host about a TV issue and received a reply immediately which solved the problem. Only one maintenance item -- the pocket door in the master bath was very difficult to open/close. Overall a lovely place to stay. Would definitely stay again without hesitation!

Great location for our recent visit. As advertised this is a nice quite, safe area to stay. Enjoyed walking my dog all around the area, and the park down the street. Look forward to staying here again when visiting family.

The house was exceptional; clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Loved all the artwork and books! Neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to everything we needed for our visit. Communication with the property owners was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Convenient Accommodation

Overall, the small home was a good place for us to stay. It was close or central to all our family activities. I enjoyed access to parking in the garage. The small kitchen was neat. The bathrooms were tidy. Instructions provided were limited to what was communicated via email. An in-house instruction book would have been helpful for communicating how to access internet, use the Roku TVs, check-out instructions, etc. I think some repairs could be made to the property - remounting the toilet paper holder and caulking the tub in the master bath, better shower curtains or rods to help keep the water in the shower in both bathrooms, replacing or fixing the hall bathroom fan, checking outdoor door seals like the front door threshold, etc. The kitchen could use some wash cloths for wiping surfaces. It was a good thing we brought our own soap and shampoo because none was provided. There was adequate hand soap at each of the sinks however. The house was kept cool so it was comfortable. The bedding was fine and there was an additional blanket on each bed. Overall, we were happy to have a place to stay that was so convenient to all the activities we had going on. Thank you.
