A great experience and a must should we return to the area. Only "issue" if you want to call it that is the master bathroom shower head but that was clearly noted at checkin. Host was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked to cook.

Tina's property was immaculate! Everything to make our stay comfortable was at our fingertips. There is no question that the next time we are in NM we will reserve her property again.

Tina was a very hospitable host, available if we needed anything, which we didn’t. VRBO required an exorbitant deposit, which they are holding for weeks and Tina has been very helpful in expediting the refund. The property was clean and comfortable and a good value.

Tina provided all the necessary details and left her number for us in case we needed anything. The house was clean, well cared for and well supplied with necessities. It was very conveniently located for our NE Heights appointments and shopping, ticked onto a quiet neighborhood near main thoroughfares.

The house was perfect for our visit (Mom, Dad and three grown children). It sits in a nice neighborhood, convenient to shopping, morning walks or runs, has a nice walled back yard with patio just right for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. The garage (with a garage door opener) was a good size and kept the car cool during hot afternoons. We never used the washer or dryer, but it was comforting to have it there. All the kitchen appliances worked fine, there were plenty of dishes, pots pans and utensils, and coffee, dishwashing soaps, and condiments were provided. There were plenty of towels and the showers had body wash provided. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room that provide good air circulation and kept us comfortable while using the evaporative cooler for temperature control (we saw portable fans in the closets but never used them).
