2-bedroom, 1-bath guest house in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just east of Tramway. I have run vacation rentals in this neighborhood for 10yrs and this is my new listing.
The guest house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a living room, dining area, and a small bar area with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with granite countertops and a tub/shower. 1 bdrm has a king bed and the other bdrm has 2 kids beds (double & single) Inside the kids room there is a pool table & couch. Both bedrooms have blackout shades for a good nights sleep. Living room has a couch and 65inch TV w/ Xfinity.
If you enjoy being outdoors, you'll love the location. Hiking and biking trails are just steps away, and there's also a park within walking distance.

The owner lives in the upstairs/front home. The guest house is downstairs in the back and has its own separate entrance and street-level access.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you're still close to the foothills, trails, parks, grocery stores, convenience stores, and everything Albuquerque has to offer. Hwy 40 5 min away!
