Villa Las Palmas is a charming single-storey villa, perfect for those seeking comfort, leisure and a lively location in the heart of Albufeira.



The open-plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or enjoying quality time with family and friends.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of which are en suite with a shower. There is also a double bedroom en suite with a shower and an additional bathroom with a shower.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing functionality and direct connection to the common areas, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable.



Outside, the villa invites you to relax with its magnificent heatable pool (additional cost), surrounded by lounging areas, a brick-built BBQ and an outdoor dining space to enjoy warm summer evenings. For extra fun, there is also a snooker table.



Located just a short walk from the lively Strip of Albufeira, Villa Las Palmas offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and proximity to bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
