Villa Ladeira is a beautiful villa with swimming pool, free wifi, satellite tv and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Features games like dards, table tennis and card table.

Located just 7 km west of Albufeira, in an exclusive and very peaceful housing estate comprising only 9 villas. Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé, San Rafael and Salgados (amongst others), as well as a high quality supermarket and several quality restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, are located within a very short drive.

Details
Outside Villa Ladeira is surronded by an immaculate garden, featuring a stunning swimming pool area with sun loungers. A brick barbecue is located at the rear of the property, just outside the kitchen.

Ground Floor Entrance hall. Living room with satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. Kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and iron. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). 2 Bathrooms (one ensuite)

First Floor 2 twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and private balconies with views across the Salted Golf Course to the sea

Mysigt och väkomnande hus!

Vi har tidigare hyrt av värden och kommer att göra det igen. Bra utrymmen, fin pool och bra kök som är viktigt för mig som gillar att laga mat. Restauranger som är riktigt bra på gångavstånd och bra butik bara 5 min bort med bil.Vi återkommer!

Bij aankomst hing er een onaangename geur in huis. Na onderzoek bleek dit voornamelijk door 1 slaapkamer te komen maar de geur zat al in het hele huis. Nadat we hier melding van maakte kregen we geen oplossing aangeboden en werd ons verteld dat er onverwachte waterschade/ lekkage was geweest eerder dit jaar. Hoewel we begrijpen dat dit uiterst vervelend is, was het ook voor ons erg teleurstellend dat we de slaapkamer niet hebben kunnen gebruiken. De geur Daarnaast is het interieur gedateerd met

Superb accommodation for our large family. Bedrooms and en-suites for all and cot provided for our little one. Excellent and helpful communication with villa owner/manager before arrival and clear instructions given. Located close the really good restaurants - 4 or 5 within easy walking distance.

Just perfect!

The property is private and sits in its own grounds and had everything we needed to enjoy a weeks getaway with friends and family. The swimming pool was welcome to cool down and play in the afternoon sun, terrace was lovely to enjoy your morning breakfast or evening BBQ and is located close to all amenities and within driving distance to the beaches and surrounding areas. Perfect place to kick back and relax on its own or as a base to explore the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again. The host and owner is lovely, friendly and welcoming.

Good Villa let down by little things

The villa is well presented but let down in some areas. The 4 bedrooms are good sizes but with not much furniture and the shower cubicles were a bit small. The kitchen, and particularly the fridge/freezer, is too small for 8 adults. We were keen on having some ground floor bedrooms but found the internal steps, some with marking tape and some without, were a concern for those in our party with visual difficulties. The dining table outside the kitchen was just large enough but only had 6 chairs and didn't have good enough lighting for eating or playing cards as we like to do in the evenings. The table wasn't in a particularly good location at the back of the property with no views at all. The pool is good but space around it and shade was in short supply - the awning needs some attention. The description included a claim that satellite TV was available - this is not the case and we couldn't watch any World Cup Rugby on free-to-air channels. Overall though, we enjoyed the location and our holiday but wouldn't return to this villa.

Very nice Villa

Great for a family holiday, lovely pool and other activities, fairly close to shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodation is spacious with good facilities for cooking and dining. We didn’t hire a car but taxis were reliable and reasonably priced. We would recommend this property.

Bon séjour avec une belle villa

Le séjour a été agreable , la personne nous a accueilli avec sympathie. Le cadre ainsi que les plages sont facile d’accès même si l’on doit prendre la voiture. La villa offre un vrai confort ainsi que sa piscine. Il y a quand même quelques points d’amélioration à prévoir pour la piscine car pas de sécurité enfants. Le baby-foot est dégradé et nous avons pas pu l’utiliser, la grille du barbecue était inadaptée et pas d’accessoires. La climatisation du rdc de la chambre fonctionnait une fois sur deux. Les carrés de la piscine manquait ainsi que certain pavé sur l’espace de vie. La table ainsi que les chaises dehors sont pas du tout adapté à la villa ( vielles, peu de place, peu de chaises, pas confortable et bancales).

Impressive Villa

What a great villa. The pictures on the website don't really do this wonderful property justice. We were a group of 8 adults and there was plenty room for everyone with each couple having their own bathroom. The villa was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The pool area was exceptional with plenty sunbeds for everyone and the pool itself was a very good size and perfect temperature. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful yet only a short stroll to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Can't wait to visit this property again.

Très beau séjour dans cette belle villa très propre et bien entretenue. La piscine est très agréable aussi. Le jardin et les abords sont magnifiques. Il faudrait néanmoins rénover les salles de bain et notamment les douches qui sont vieillissantes.

Precisava de algumas melhorias

A casa já tem alguns anos, tivemos várias vezes problemas de esgotos e mal cheiros nas casas de banho. Felizmente o proprietário resolveu sempre o assunto rapidamente, embora os cheiros encomodaram quase sempre. Nas casas de banho duches /banheiras apresentaram algumas partes com manches de bolore e desgaste. Os ar condicionados em alguns quartos não estavam a funcionar a cem por cento. A casa é espaçosa e está muito bem equipada em termos de louça e maquinas. A piscina é maravilhosa e muito limpa. Num dos dias fomos surpreendidos por jardinheiros a tratar do jardim, teria sido bom se tivessemos sido avisados. De modo geral passamos uma semana agradável.

Belle maison de vacances

Maison très jolie et très propre piscine super seul bémol les jardiniers qui sont venu dans la semaine à 8h du matin avec leurs tondeuse nous cassé la tête et au départ aussi nous on pas laisser ranger nos valises tranquillement on a du faire sa précipitamment sinon maison très bien situé il y a vraiment dans a 10 min de la villa propriétaire sympa qui est disponible à tout moment et n'est pas dérangeant du tout

Nice area

Bit of a faff finding the villa as the name is not anywhere clear on the outside of property. Property pleasant and clean and large. Bathrooms could do with some upkeep. Not much in the way of outside eating area, just a table outside back door looking at neighbours fence. Privacy a bit hit and miss as people kept turning up and walking round property whilst husband in shower or we wanted to go to pool.
