On the ground floor, there is a spacious double suite equipped with air conditioning, 2 steps above have 2 more bedrooms also with air conditioning and a bathroom with a spacious shower.



On the first floor there is only the master double suite with air conditioning and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view.

This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.



The large living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. Also in that floor there is a relaxing games with ping pong table, football table and WI for pay.



The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for guest use are the delight of those who like to cook.



Villa Eva has a magnificent garden around the house that delights children, a reserved reading area, and outdoor furniture and sun loungers to provide greater comfort to those who choose Vila Eva for their family holidays with friends.



The swimming pool can be heated by paying a daily supplement of €80 (minimum cost per stay: €560). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.



Located in the residential area of São Rafael, where, just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the famous Praia de São Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes, which delight children with the natural pools that form according to the tide.
