Casa Negril is a recently renovated traditional house with capacity for 6+4 people and an unbeatable location, just a few meters from the beach and the historic center of Albufeira. Within a short walking distance, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and the famous square with crafts and entertainment.



The house has free Wi-Fi and 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a T1 apartment with air conditioning, a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower. The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.



On the first floor, there is a T2 apartment with air conditioning. The two rooms have single beds (convertible to a double bed) and built-in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a living room with satellite TV, and an open-space kitchen with a dining table.



On the second floor, there is access to an additional annex with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette (available for bookings of 7 to 10 people).



The highlight of the house is the terrace with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and spectacular views of the city and Fisherman's Beach.



Casa Negril is located in the historic center of Albufeira, close to everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The Old Town is just a few streets away, and the Strip, with the best bars and nightlife, is a 5-minute drive.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 6 people.

From the 7th to the 10th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an additional bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
