Luxury Villa, Marina de Albufeira

A wonderful luxury Villa with pool, furnished to the highest standard and views over the hillside to left and right and situated in a quiet tree lined road. This stunning villa is just a 2 minute walk from the vibrant marina with array of waterfront cafe's and bars.

Featuring a large wrap around garden with grass and patio areas, and an with inviting L-Shaped pool. The garden has multiple areas to relax; under the pergola in our outdoor seating area, by the pool sun-lounger or the outside dining table with seating for 10.

Through the bi-fold doors from the indoor kitchen, you can enjoy the newly completed outdoor kitchen/entertaining area in all weathers under the pergola, complete with bar seating, ambient lighting, BBQ, fridge, dishwasher and sink.

Inside offers further relaxation areas with a spacious lounge with white leather sofas and dining room area with beautiful views of the garden and surrounding hillside.

An excellent basement Games Room complete with cosy lounge area with TV and fire feature, Pool Table, Football Table and bar area as well as another kitchen space, perfect for drinks and snacks when using the games room.

The villa has five good sized bedrooms across the 3 floors; 4 Kings size beds, and 2 singles (11th bed available on request), 3 en suite bathrooms, family bathroom and toilet. All bedrooms are furnished to a luxury standard each with wardrobes and dressing table. Safes are provided in the main bedrooms. Aircon included throughout.

Due to popular demand, We now are offering shorter breaks from November - March, Christmas tree provided for festive bookings.

The pictures look better than in person. A lot of the furniture is aged, worn out, tired or sun damaged. Several pieces are broken like the parasols, the window electric powered covers, the ping pong table, etc. Feels expensive for what you get.

We have returned for a 2nd year to our favourite Portuguese villa.The villa is very well equipped; it feels luxurious and spacious and we had another wonderful holiday. The games room and pool were especially enjoyed by the children and teenagers in our party! It is perfectly situated so that is is in a quiet location with a short walk to the Marina. Our Favourite restaurants are Tasca Portuguese on the Marina and Indian Ocean in New Town.We would highly recommend the villa and we hope to return again next year.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Albufeira. La villa est très bien située.

La cuisine est très bien équipée presque comme un restaurant entre autres de toutes sortes d’assiettes et de plats mais le principal n’y était pas soit: des mitaines de four, un seul linge de comptoir et un seul linge à vaisselle pour la semaine ainsi qu’un seul set de serviettes par personne également pour la semaine, ce n’est pourtant pas ce qui coûte le plus cher …La literie des chambres serait à renouveler. Les draps de mon lit étaient tachés, pas très intéressant.On a vu des fournis à l’intérieur. On a été privé du frigo extérieur presque toute la semaine. Il était en réparation. S’il n’est pas nécessaire que l’on vous montre le passeport de toutes les personnes qui logeront dans votre villa pendant à semaine, il serait peut-être approprié d’enlever cette obligation dans vos instructions car votre représentant fait un peu d’humour très peu apprécié avec cette obligation. lorsqu’est venu le temps de lui montrer nos passeports, ce dernier me dit qu’il n’était pas de la police .

We enjoyed our visit and the house was overall lovely and met our needs in a great location. The game room was a nice bonus to help escape the heat. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The experience could be improved with a few repairs ( I.e. kitchen A/C, fridge ice/water dispenser, pool lights).

Definitely a 5 star villa. As a family of mixed ages it was everything we wanted. The owners have put a lot of thought into it and it catered for everything. The photos show exactly what you get. The marina and a small grocery shop are a short walk and we even found a lift just before the roundabout which was ideal as one of our party was disabled. Duncan and Bev couldn't have been more helpful. Hopefully we'll be able to return again. A great holiday

Lovely Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this really high quality villa. Enjoyed games room, also air conditioning in each room which was welcome.Pool area is great with plenty of loungers.Short walk to marina area, which has plenty of restaurants.

Idyllic villa in Albufeira

The villa is extremely roomy, with masses of individual spaces both in and outdoors. You want for absolutely nothing - the furnishings are of a very high standard and is brilliantly equipped with more than enough crockery, glasses, utensils. Choice of in or outdoor cooking and dining spaces is wonderful. We had a lovely week stay. The villa suited all our requirements and different age groups.It was very secluded, yet very close to the marina and restaurants..The only small issue we had was that the pool needed cleaning.

Very comfortable well thought out villa especially the outdoor kitchen which sold it for me . Great music system and games room which is a very nice touch . Was a bit disappointed that door between outdoor and indoor kitchen was broken was looking forward to enjoying the space . All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in all en-suites but maybe a few more towels would have been handy . In all your villa is well equipped , clean and in great location , thanks for letting us have it 👍

Perfect Villa for our family

The villa easily accommodated the eight adults in our family. The location was quiet and with just a five minutes walk to the shops and bars at the Marina. The villa was tastefully furnished and included all essentials like loo rolls and foil. A wide variety of glasses and kitchenware. The sound system and games room further enhanced our stay. João was easily contactable and really helped me with any questions I had. We had the most wonderful time in and around the pool and the air conditioning was a much needed necessity. We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here.

Super Equipped Villa

Beautiful Villa, well equipped with most items a family require for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor kitchen is exceptional. Location is central for all of Albufeira. There is a superb basement bar/games/tv room.

So amazing we have booked again for next year!

We are a family group of 9 across 3 generations, including children aged 4 to 17. We had such a fantastic holiday in Bev & Duncan's villa that we have already booked to return next summer! The property was spacious and had much needed air con throughout. There was everything we could need to feel at home - from hair dryers, to plenty of cutlery and crockery to multiple areas for relaxing inside and out. The teenagers with us particularly enjoyed the games room in the basement and the window into the swimming pool was a cool surprise! The outdoor area was perfect for the adults who wanted to sunbathe and the younger ones could sit in the shade of the pergola after a swim in the fabulous pool. We were very impressed with the communication and welcome from Joao - he did everything he could to make us feel at home and well looked after. We would highly recommend this villa to other families. We loved our boat ride to see the Dolphins and caves that we booked on the Marina and we used Yellowfish Taxi services for our airport transfer - they were brilliant.

Great family holiday

We stayed here with our family consisting of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren . There was plenty room for all. The children loved the pool and spent hours in it. They also enjoyed the games room as did the the 'big boys' when the Euros were being played! The villa was very comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty crockery, glasses and cutlery. The outside kitchen was brilliant and we enjoyed being able to eat all our meals outside. All the bars and restaurants are a short 5 minute walk away. Taxis were relatively cheap if you wanted to go further. We all walked into Old Albufeira which took about 20 mins and got the little train back. We all had a great time and would definitely book the Villa again.

All you need plus a little extra

Beautifully kept property. Well appointed. Loved the pool area and games room. More air conditioners than you’ll ever need! Property manager was great. Location was excellent with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Made for a wonderful vacation for 3 generations of our family. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Beautiful property and immaculately clean. Everything worked. It is a short walk to the marina and the old town. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the open street parking for our large travel van was very handy. Thank you for sharing your property.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We were a group of 9 adults and a baby visiting for a wedding. The layout of the house was fantastic and with many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for space and privacy for our group. We loved sitting outside and by the pool. The house was truly was an oasis from the busy town. Beverly also accommodated us to have a shorter booking which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful home

We had a family of 5 all adults. Thought house was closer to a beach based on the way it was advertised. House was clean and contemporary. Bed broken on main floor. Too warm to stay in lower level. Second floor had great bedroom options with bathrooms in all. The house had no paper towel an no Kleenex no shampoo so buy or bring. They have tiny tiny ants which owners say is very common but I feel like they should supply ant spray. Last day found a huge cockroach in laundry room. Just beware. But with all said we loved the house and its location.
