The property is fenced, has a sixty-five m2 swimming pool, surrounded by a garden area with flower beds. The pool water can be heated for an extra fee.

The house has a construction area of ​​420m2, spread over 3 floors, and features modern architecture. It has 4 double rooms/suites, with air conditioning, on the upper floors, all with a private bathroom, and large terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a lounge measuring 50m2, which has a comfortable seating area, with television, Hi-Fi and fireplace, and a dining area with a table for 8 seats.

On this floor there is also a large kitchen measuring 19 m2, fully equipped, and a guest bathroom.

Outside the house, and framed in a green area, there is a swimming pool, a covered outdoor seating area, and a second dining area with a table for 10 seats, located next to the barbecue.

The pool has rest areas, with suitable furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sun and nature in private.

Bed and bathroom linen are provided, as are kitchen towels and tablecloths. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels will be changed halfway through. For stays of 10 nights or more, there will also be a change of sheets and a general cleaning halfway through.

Parking is guaranteed, inside and outside the property, even in high season.

The Villa is located in Urbanização da Galé, which has a gourmet supermarket, “Apolónia”, located 100 meters from the property, where you can do your shopping on foot.

2 km from the property is located the famous "Salgados" Golf Course, with 18 holes.
