Failure to comply with house rules may result in partial or total forfeiture of the deposit, including damage, smoking indoors, guests not included in the reservation, parties, excessive noise, failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00, misuse of equipment, late check-out, excessive dirt, key left in the lock or use of glass objects in the pool.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on online check-in, the blocking of the deposit and the payment of the tourist tax.
