Nice Studio with excellent location for your holiday, located in the Bay View building in the old town of Albufeira, close to St. Anne's Chapel with a great view over the bay of Albufeira, 5 minutes from Fishermen's Beach, bars, restaurants, stores.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed, cot is available upon request. Cable TV and WI-FI 100Mbps.

Outside the communal swimming pool, children´s splash pool and garden areas have decking and sunbeds. There is a large comunal terrace at the top of the building with views across Albufeira and the sea. There are taxis, a bus stop and coach tours stop just the other side of the church, underground parking is available upon request. Air conditioning.

Airport Transfer services are available on request.

Tourist tax is required until check-in (2€/person for 7 nights maximum) - Law nº 488/2024 de 30-04-2024.

Old Town

The location is perfect for a couple with close access restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need. A common are with sundeck and pool and the beach is a 5min walk. The apartment come with a secured underground parking space which was excellent. Carlo was excellent to deal with and very accommodating letting us check in ealry on our arrival.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Carlos et Yolanda sont charmants et disponibles. Tout est fait pour passer des vacances idéales: l'appartement est très agréable, très propre et calme, les serviettes de bain sont fournies et changées pendant le séjour et il y a même les serviettes de plage. La vue est magnifique. Le transfert de l'aéroport a été parfaitement organisé. La localisation est idéale: à 2 pas de la plage et en ville. La piscine commune est très agréable et il y a toujours de la place sur les transats. Merci pour ce séjour!!!

Wonderful Hooneymoon

Communication with Carlos and Yolanda was very responsive. They were quick to answer any questions and were very helpful from the start. Transfers were organised through a company Carlos recommended and they were very punctual. I would highly recommend using them. Carlos met us at the main reception area and showed us up to our room. We were pleasantly surprised as we walked in to find a small but very clean apartment in the most amazing location. Only a couple of minutes walk from the main square but yet you could barley hear any of the nightlife. The beach is very close by and the pool area never got too crowded. The roof terrace was a nice little area to unwind in the evening or sunbath privately during the day. We often travelled to Vilamoura on the bus which is aprox a 20 min walk away from the apartment but there are plenty of taxi ranks near by too. Albufeira marina is aprox a 20 min walk away too where you can try many activites such as bowling to bungee jumping and boat trips etc. there are also some lovely bars and restaurants down there too. We would like to take this opportunity to thank both Carlos and Yolanda for letting us stay in this brilliant find and for the little treat they organised for our honeymoon. We greatly appreciate your gift and hospitality and would definitely return to your apartment when staying in Albufeira again.

A nice place to stay for a visit to Albufeira. Near the centre and with a beautiful view!

The bed, the shower, the kitchen, the view were all great and super! We only missed some shelves in the living room to put books and phones and so on. Fully recommended!

Beautiful view, tidy and great location with a great hosts!

We just came back for our 6 day trip in Algarve. Our apartments were cosy, tidy and with a beautiful view and great location. Good thing was 24 hour security and garage. Host were really attentive and friendly. I am highly recommend this place for a future bookings!

STAYED IN CARLOS & YOLANDAS APARTMENT FOR 10 DAYS IN SEPTEMBER 2016 - FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED WHICH WAS VERY LATE - THE HOLIDAY BEGAN - OUR TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT WAS ARRANGED FOR US BY CARLOS , TO ARRIVE LATE AND TO SEE YOUR DRIVER WAITING FOR YOU WAS BRILLANT - WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE APARTMENT CARLOS HAD MILK ,BREAD, WATER ETC. PURCHASED IN FOR US AS THE SUPERMARKET WAS CLOSED - NOT MANY PLACES WOULD DO THIS , THANK YOU - THE APARTMENT WAS SPOTLESS AND THE LOCATION WAS UNBELIEVABLE - WE WALKED TO THE BEACH AND TO THE OLD TOWN - NO NEED FOR TAXIS ANYWHERE - MAJOR COST SAVINGS - THERE WAS NOT ONE THING MISSING FROM THE APARTMENT- AND ITS DECOR WAS REFRESHING - COOL CLEAN WHITE FURNITURE , WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT - AND WILL DEFINATELY RETURN - A BRILLANT HOLIDAY MADE SPECIAL BY THE HUMAN INTERACTION OF THE OWNERS,THANKS CARLOS & YOLANDA FOR YOUR PERSONAL TOUCH. Clean, modern, perfect location and really lovely owners

I stayed in Bayview with my boyfriend for 5 nights in June 2016. We had previously stayed in this apartment complex and knew the location and amenities suited us so wanted to return. On booking, I got instant responses from Carlos (the owner) and he was able to answer any questions that I had about the apartment and we quickly setup regular email communication, reassuring me about our stay. We booked our taxi journey to and from the airport with a company Carlos recommended and had a really comfortable journey with lots of friendly chat from Jorge the driver. The owners were able to accommodate our early arrival time and we were greeted on arrival to the apartment by Yolanda, Carlos' wife, with all the information we needed and a friendly face. The apartment was exactly as expected; compact, well equipt and had a lovely view- everything 2 people need for a short break away. You could tell that the apartment had recently been refurbished with clean modern appliances and wifi access which was a nice bonus. The kitchen/lounge had all expected appliances, a TV, table/chair and comfortable sofa/sofabed. We had a small issue with the air conditioning which was a result of us putting it on the wrong setting and we couldn't turn it on- we contacted Carlos and within an hour he was able to come out and sort the problem. It was nice to know that they were on hand to help with any problems that we had. The bedroom had a wardrobe incl. full length mirror (important for us ladies) and good storage around the bed, The bathroom was very clean and modern with powerful shower. We also had access to a cupboard with iron, brushes, hairdryer etc- as I said, everything we needed. The apartment location is perfect for anyone looking easy access to the beautiful Fisherman's Beach and Old Town Albufeira centre as both are 5-10mins walk from the apartment. The Oldtown has copious amounts of restaurants and bars, with added bonuses of street stalls and entertainment in the square, perfect for evenings out. There is also a clean pool/terrace area for those that prefer lounging by the pool- we didn't use this as we are beach people but could see that beds etc were readily available. We will definitely be back to stay with Carlos and Yolanda as we had a fabulous holiday staying at their apartment and highly rate the apartment amenities and owners hospitality and professionalism.
