The Andorinha House is located in Quinta Terruta, in the Salgados. Quinta Terruta is a set of six one-bedroom apartments and the Andorinha House, which share a pleasant swimming pool, private parking and a spacious garden, and can be rented together for families or groups of up to 23 people.



Andorinha House has two bedrooms and capacity for up to five people. The bedrooms are equipped with single beds, providing greater flexibility for families and friends. The apartment also features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. For added comfort, it has air conditioning in the bedrooms.



With a quiet and privileged location, the house offers the ideal environment for a relaxing family holiday, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor spaces of Quinta Terruta, whether for a meal in the open air on the private terrace, a dip in the pool or simply to rest in the garden.



Quinta Terruta is only 3 to 5 minutes' drive from the famous Praia dos Salgados and Praia da Galé beaches. In the same direction, you will find the well-known Piri-Piri chicken from Guia, Algarve Shopping and various services and restaurants, approximately 10 minutes away.



The beaches of São Rafael, Arrifes and Galé, known for their natural pools formed by the tide and much appreciated by families with children, as well as the renowned golf courses in the area and the quality supermarket Apolónia, are also only a few minutes' drive away.



Municipal Tourist Tax



The Municipality of Albufeira applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.
