  • Welcome to our luxurious 4BD retreat with partial Lake View perfect for families or groups of 10! Nestled in a serene setting this home boasts an outdoor wood-burning hot tub, a cozy wood and gas fire pit combo, and outdoor TV for entertainment under the stars. Enjoy gatherings in the open concept living/dining/kitchen area w/ fireplace & TV. The primary suite features its own TV and full bathroom. Basement with a projector offers the ideal spot for movie nights. Your ultimate getaway awaits!

    - MAIN LAKE - Partially seen from the living room window - just few steps away

    Main Lake is our largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres! It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman (permits required)!
    There are also several different playgrounds for our younger members.
    Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

    - BOULDER LAKE
    Boulder Lake is the fan favorite among our members! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
    Boulder Lake also features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
    Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

    - FISHING LAKE is 3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!

    We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will have to provide us with full names of all guests before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests.
    Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community.

    Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 2 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 2 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $75 will be added.

This property was at a great location. Across from park and lake. Plenty of room inside and in yard. Fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Clean and great communication with owner.

The property managers were outstanding in communicating with the guests. The property was beautiful. Would like managers to give heads up on hot tub heating process as it took longer than expected.

This property was incredibly dirty. There were giant swaths of dust and cobwebs in multiple areas of the house. There were dead bugs, there was mold. We had to pay for firewood for the wood fired hot tub and that hot tub didn’t work. One of the showers also didn’t work. This was a frustrating experience considering the rental fee and I would not return to this property or any other property owned by this host.

A few days prior to check in, I noticed a negative review with pictures about the property not being clean. I reached out to the host to express my concerns and was told the property would be “deep cleaned” prior to my arrival. While I was worried, I passed any cancellation period and decided to trust the host. When I checked in it was clear the property was not cleaned. Cobwebs everywhere, dust, hair on sheets, dirty bathrooms etc. I immediately got in touch with the host who sent over cleaners. They were there for 2 hours. None of this needed to happen, had the host listened to the previous guest and had he listened to my concerns prior. Seems like he doesn’t care until he is forced to. Clear to say that I will never stay at one of his properties going forward.
