"Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because payment had not been received prior to my check in. When I explained to the employee that this reservation was to be paid upon check in at the property, she asked me to show her proof of this condition on Expedia which I did. While Expedia showed my reservation (that I had for weeks) as active, the employe and the manager refused to listen or attempt to understand. They made false statements which included...

"The staff were nice, but the overall condition of the hotel was absolute garbage. Super dirty, smells really bad, bed was really hard, pillows had the physical appearance of being at least 10 years old (I have sheets with more fluff than what these pillows had), & didn't even trust sleeping under the covers. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers in fear of being eaten by bed bugs. Virtually zero security measures for this place as anybody can walk in off the street through any access...

"Staff is so friendly, we like the property… but the bed is terribly uncomfortable. Slept awful so won’t be back unless they boast all new very comfortable mattresses!"

"Was convenient to be able to pull up directly in front of your room Lobby was decorated nicely. Powdered eggs are powdered eggs, I don't think they are fabulous anywhere. The pool area although smaller was perfect for my granddaughter not an overwhelming water park but enough to entertain, while I was able to get some work done on my laptop. Will stay here again when in Billings."

"We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. "

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."

"The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

"The parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t getting replenished as fast as people were eating (we were there for a volleyball tournament). The floors in the public areas were wet from kids in/out the pool & no one to mop the floors or put out wet floor signs. Only one ice machine & it’s on the first floor. The room itself was nice & clean. Staff was really nice."
