"There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did ..."
