"Beautiful hotel that pays attentions to the details. Do not stay anywhere else when visiting Albany. You will not be disappointed."

"No comment - sad"

"Multiple negatives so look elsewhere to stay. Looks like a cheap motel with hourly rates. Didn’t end up staying. They didn’t have my reservation anyway. Also, wrong address, wrong name of hotel and frustrating Hotels.com service"

"Habitación limpia, buenas instalaciones. Adecuada atención. Lenceria de buena calidad, cama y almohada buenas. Volveré "

"My experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to change rooms a total of four times, and both the hotel and the rooms had a horrible odor. However, the staff was wonderful. They were kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Randa and Harsha were truly the best part of my experience. While I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel, I genuinely appreciated the kindness and excellent service provided by the staff."

"Amplias y modernas habitaciones. el staff del hotel muy agradable. y la ubicación excelente, a pasos del mall y muchos restaurants"
