No Parties, No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping (ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY), No FIRES IN FIREPLACE, Report Damages. If smoke is detected cleaning fee will be charged. Children underage need to be supervised by adults at all times.

- Please note that occupancy is enforced, guests that are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed on the premises.
- All guests must adhere to the house rules.
- Late checkouts are not allowed without prior approval and a fee needs to be paid ahead of time.
- An Unauthorized late checkout the guest will have to pay a fee.
- There are no parties allowed strictly enforced.
- There is no loud music inside or outside the property at all times.
- Please make sure that all doors and windows are secured and locked before leaving the premises.
- Put dishes in the dishwasher, Towels in the Washer, Strip bed sheets, Turn off lights, Lock doors, and Notify the host of departure by sending a message when you have checked out as that will serve as a confirmation time-stamped check-out time.
- Please make sure that if the air conditioning is off, to please close all doors and windows at all times.
