Clean, quiet and perfectly located 2,000 sq/ft house within arms reach of everything. Property includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gas fireplace in living room and a full kitchen. Three season room perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail leads to a private back yard and deck. This cozy house is conveniently located 5 minutes from down town Troy, 10 minutes from down town Albany, 40 minutes from Saratoga, 2.5 hours from New York City.

Beautiful Cape Cod house in great location. Easy check-in process and great communication with owner. Beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is one of the best rental houses I've stayed in over a decade of renting (2-3 times a year). I'd rent here again.It's clean, spacious, affordable, well-kept, and super convenient. Kitchen was huge and had everything. Very comfortable couches. Groceries/shopping are 5 min away, and the train station is 10 min away. Train tickets from NYC are cheap (20), and a rental car office is right inside the station, a perfect NYC getaway. The owners were very considerate.The house is on a main road, so there is minor road noise due to regular traffic. However, the windows are good and the house is set back enough that it was fine even for us, and we are very noise sensitive. It is a very light whisper for passing cars, not a loud trundle. It disappears about 15 feet back from the window. One bedroom weirdly had much worse trundling road noise than the rest of the house. Entire rest of the house was fine. If you need all three bedrooms, that one person will be unlucky. This is a very minor issue compared to problems I've faced elsewhere. We only needed two rooms so it was fine for us. Considering absolutely nothing else was wrong with the house, the stay was fantastic and I have taken special note of it to consider returning.

Perfect little house

Thrilled to find this cute little house that was sweet, clean and comfortable. We were attending a graduation in Troy — it was just 10 minutes away and well priced. Highly recommend.

Everything you need

A roomy house to stay with family members. I visited with siblings and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, including the couches and seating. Conveniently located near a shopping plaza (helpful for grocery shopping and to buy wine) and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during nice weather. The host, Jamie, was prompt in her communication. Highly recommend!

Great house!

Highly recommend this house! It’s super clean, spacious, fantastic amenities… seemed much bigger than we expected with large rooms. Plenty of places to relax and or connect with each other (sun porch, living room, dining room, patio, great yard, etc.) Thanks for a fantastic place for our family to gather!

Always Nice

We love staying here when we come to NY. After a delayed flight, just walking in the door you breathe a sigh of relief because it is just so warm and comfortable and spotless and familiar! Great Home

In town for a conference. My team and I decided to stay here instead of a hotel. It was great to have the extra room after the long days and our own rooms to decompress. The house was perfect.. location, cleanliness and communication with the owner..

Home away from home

Perfect home, perfect hosts!

Three of us stayed here to attend our 59th high school reunion and it couldn't have been better. The home is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is the most well stocked I've experienced at a VRBO. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the back patio to have our morning coffee on. The owners were responsive and considerate of our needs. Highly recommend!

Quintessential Upstate NY Experience

Host was accommodating to date changes. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There's a house before this location that I accidentally pulled into without checking the house number on the mailbox. GPS was correct but after a 12 hour travel day, easy mistake to make. This house doesn't have a wheelchair ramp. House was very charming. Grandma's house feel that feels clean and with modern amenities. Great sun room for early morning coffee. Kitchen had full functionality and cooking equipment. Downstairs bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean.

Decompress Vacation

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. It is quiet and offers you the feeling of being secluded but yet you are surrounded by activity close buy. I love this house and, of course, Jamie for giving us the opportunity to stay again.

Lovely home!

We very much enjoyed this lovely home and would highly recommend it. We enjoyed hanging out in the sunny dining room, the screened in porch and the patio. It is probably one of the best set up vacation homes we have ever stayed in; we were there for six days and were able to cook everything we wanted to and did many of the puzzles!

Wonderful home in Lively Area

We stayed in this lovely home 3 nights. It was clean, comfortable and amazingly well-decorated. The photos we saw were beautiful but the home exceeded our expectations. Jamie, the hostess, was super communicative and helpful. We had a problem with the lamps in the upstairs bedroom and she graciously supplies us with extension cords. Come too find out, it was only a defective bulb. I had inadvertently booked 2 nights instead of 3. When Jamie called to say the cleaning lady notified her we were still there, she was gracious about extending our stay. We give this place 5+ stars, as it is a gem and so comfortable. The only thing is the kitchen could use more supplies (aluminum foil, Zioc bags) and a few more baking pans. The freezer could use an ice cube holder (plenty of trays but no holder for ice). These were very minor and did not detract from our overall stay. Loved this place and highly recommend it.

A charming and comfortable property. Well maintained and equipped. We cooked a bit there and it had all the tools to prepare a good meal, even an extra tank of propane for the grill. Owner was very responsive to any questions

My husband I enjoyed a week of visiting family and day trips to favorite places. The rentall was very cozy, location was fantastic, easy to get to interstates. Had everything we needed. I highly recommend. We will always rent the cozy Cape when we visit.

Perfect stay

Our family of three had a great two-day stay. Jamie was a friendly, helpful host and the house was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we could possibly need. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house, and hope we can return again sometime soon!
