Bienvenido a esta hermosa casa frente al lago en Kinderhook Lake, Nueva York. Totalmente reconstruida en 2018, esta casa está diseñada para maximizar la increíble vista del lago. Fresco y soleado en verano, y cálido y acogedor en invierno. Ven y disfruta del lago Kinderhook !! Ubicado a minutos de NY Thruway y de la I-90, esta propiedad está cerca de Berkshires, el valle del río Hudson y varias áreas de esquí. Plano de planta abierto, cocina nueva que desemboca en una amplia sala de estar. Enormes ventanas resaltan la vista frontal del lago. Dos amplios dormitorios arriba, un dormitorio en el primer piso, más un cómodo futón en un área común. Mucho espacio para dormir y relajarse. Dos baños, uno con entrada privada al dormitorio principal. Gran patio junto al lago con muelle. Si tiene un bote / remolque, hay un lanzamiento de bote de gravilla / hierba inmediatamente adyacente a la propiedad. Lago razonablemente tranquilo, algo de actividad en lancha a motor, pero la mayoría está en el otro lado del lago. Nota de verano: Nos encanta el lago, pero también los insectos. Beuatiful house, and gorgeous views. The house was very clean, and up to date. Comfortable beds and couch. The owner was incredibly responsive to all requests and inquiries before and during the stay. They had the minor things that I have had to purchase or go without when I've been at other VRBO houses (scissors, salt, cinnamon, bandaids, etc). All minor things, but it made our stay very convenient. We took the kayaks out, spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, grilled out, and toasted a million marshmallows. Strongly recommend, and we will be back.

Absolutely perfect lake getaway!We had an incredible time unwinding by the lake — it was everything we hoped for and more. The home itself was stunning, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The location couldn’t have been better — nestled right at the beginning of a no-wake zone, we enjoyed peaceful days without the noise of speeding boats. It was the ideal spot for both relaxation and enjoying the water.We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will absolutely be staying here every time we come to the lake. Highly recommend!

We think it's the perfect holiday house. Kayaking was a lot of fun. And hot-tub.The house is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Only down-side--we're elderly and don't think the lake is safe for us for swimming.

Wonderful Weekend

Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful lake house

This place is located about 20 mins from downtown Albany and is extremely beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend if you are in the area. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well.

Perfect Getaway!

We had such a great time at this house with our family. We were able to check in early and the place was clean and packed full of supplies for us to use during our stay such as plates, napkins, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, etc.! We brought fishing rods and fished off the dock. We also used the kayaks to go out on the lake and it was so much fun! Anytime we messaged Michael and Beverly they responded within minutes! We were able to check out late and it was the easiest check out I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be back to this property!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The home is so cozy and the hosts were wonderful!!! I had a lot of questions and they were very responsive and incredibly helpful. The lake was so impressive and being able to take it in while warm and cozy felt so special. Loved little details such as all cabinets being labeled. Super helpful for a very fun stay. Looking forward to returning thank you!

We had a wonderful visit to Kinderhook Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable with really nice seating inside and out with great views of the lake. Our family really enjoyed the 3 kayaks and swimming off the small dock. We also enjoyed chatting with our neighbors a bit. Thanks for a great visit!

Relaxing lakefront escape

Great property! Nice lake views in a comfortable home. Everything you would want to enjoy the water - kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles. Outdoor fire pit on the water is a relaxing spot to sit at any time. Beautiful and peaceful mornings sitting in Adirondack chairs on the water. Will stay again in the future!

Total Serenity

We stayed a couple of nights for my birthday. The view was breathtaking out of almost every window of the house. It's literally right on the water. The house was extremely clean and the contents of each cupboard was nicely labeled. The hosts were very helpful and made sure our stay was PERFECT! We will be staying here again soon.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This house was such a great getaway for me and my family. We spent the mornings looking out at the late and the afternoons exploring Hudson and Chatham. We would love to come back in the summer so we can kayak. Michael was wonderful with communicating!

An Amazing Vacation

This was the second year my (adult) daughter and I vacationed here in the summer. We loved the place as much, maybe more, the second year. The location is marvelous- great views of the lake, quiet, peaceful, yet 6 minutes to Hannaford’s Supermarket, CVS, and other necessities. We loved shopping in all the little shops in nearby Chatham, and frequented Berry’s Farm Market for fresh fruit and vegetables (and many other good things). We liked that we were at the part of the lake where boats had to slow down and leave no wake. We swam and kayaked and spent many hours just sitting by the lake. Michael is a fantastic host, accessible and helpful. The house is well-supplied with the basics and my sweet daughter prepared excellent meals in the kitchen every evening. We were both working part of the time, and grateful for good wi-fi and places to work. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms easy to use (I have rheumatoid arthritis and was grateful for the walk-in shower.) Even the weather cooperated. We had a blessed two weeks. Great relaxing stay

This house was well organized and clean. Everything you would need was there and labeled. The lake was a little cloudy - but great to swim in. We loved Kyaking to "one tree island". Overall a nice stay and would recommend this house.

Amazing December Weekend!

My wife and I spent the weekend at this property with our three kids. The house is extremely well-kept and very comfortable. Check in and all instructions were seamless. The pellet stove was awesome!! Views of the lake were wonderful. Everything was as described if not better! We hope to be back in the very near future.

Beautiful lakefront home

The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed. This was our first getaway since 2019 and we felt so grateful for the cleanliness of the home. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use the kayaks, due to the weather, it was a perfect peaceful setting. Michael, a wonderful host, was quick to respond with any questions that came up. Loved seeing the beginning of the fall colors! Agree that the lake view is even prettier in person!

Lovely home

Peaceful gem on the lake

This house is very new and clean, stocked with everything you might need. It's a great open layout and really worked well for our group. The views of the lake from both floors are so beautiful! We enjoyed spending time out on the dock and sitting at the outdoor table. We were able to take out the kayaks and explore the lake, which was very calm, just a few fishing boats and other kayakers out. The location is terrific too, easy to get to the supermarket and town. We spent time down in Kinderhook, a quaint village and also going to farm markets and a vineyard nearby. Loved the whole weekend and we will be back to this house!
