Elegant newly renovated smart apartment

Guests will enjoy this fully renovated smart home one bedroom one bathroom ground level apartment with elegant touches and a classy living space. The living space features a sleeper sofa and a rotating 65 inch smart LED TV. A window air conditioning unit will be available during the spring and summer months. This space is also open to a 4 seat Dining table, movable 3 seat bench and an updated kitchen . Kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking necessities.

The bedroom includes a 55 inch smart LED TV and desktop workspace and window air conditioning unit during spring/summer. Stackable washer/dryer appliances are available as well.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and modern space which includes digital assistant hubs, smart TVs and digital keypad entry.

Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this is on the ground floor of a multi family house therefore you will hear footsteps from above.

We have external cameras for our safety. It enables us to see who enters or hine. Trying to sneak in additional guest is not allowed in our space.
Free Street parking is available 24/7 except Sundays 6PM - Monday 6PM when you may park towards the front of the lot next to the house.
Please do not park in the lot Monday 6AM - Sunday 6PM. That parking is reserved for the tenants that live upstairs

This place was perfect. Everything was clean and the owners are amazingly responsive. Was able to park right in front of the apartment with no problems at any time during the weekend. I will try and stay here again next time!

Was a cute little apartment! Enjoyed our stay. The bed was so comfy, the place was just right for myself, husband and son. Would absolutely book again if ever in Albany again. Communication was great with the rentees we struggled a bit at first that that my was fault for not fully reading the guest guide

It was clean and very easy to get in/out. Host was flexible to accommodate leaving my suitcase after check-out and pick it up later in the evening so I didn't have to carry the might while walking around. Communication with the host was not good. Didn't have the wifi password for almost the first hour on check-in. The instruction pdf was not downloadable from the messages.

I didn't find in the description that it was mentioned, it's a basement renovated into one room apartment! The size of the bed was small, and the sofa bed was less than sufficient. For my family of four, it was difficult to sleep let alone comfortably.

It was my first time staying in this part of Albany and I must say it was less than comfortable. Cars drive down the street in the middle of the road almost swiping you at every opportunity; you’re well removed from modern civilization; and 2 of the 3 of us are waiting to confirm whether or not we have bed bug bites from sleeping on the couch. The place is listed as “sleeps 4” but we barely fit 2 on the pull out couch. The angles of the photos also lead you to believe there are 2 bedrooms—that was our mistake. And finally, be ready to wake up to the sound of kids running around upstairs quite loudly.
