Villa Santi I occupies a great central position within the resort of Calan Porter. The restaurants, bars and mini markets of the resort are all easily reached, just 5 minutes’ walk away. For shopping and sightseeing opportunities, the capital Mahon is an easy 15 minutes away by local bus or car.  This 4 bedroomed detached villa is tastefully furnished throughout, with an inviting pool and all you need for al fresco living. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Santi I has an ideal position, close to the centre of Calan Porter. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday is easily reached on foot. Pop into one of the mini markets for your daily essentials, morning bread and croissants. Dine out in one of the many restaurants or enjoy a sun downer at one of the beach side bars. The island’s famous Caves of Xoroi bar is a 10 minute walk away and Calan Porter Beach, with its beautiful soft sand, is just 15 minutes on foot. Your nearest supermarket is around a 15 minute car journey, in the town of Alaior.
