We had such a great stay in this lovely house. The beds were super comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing. We really loved how quiet the neighborhood was, no noise outside at all. Very private with such a cute backyard. Lots of little extra goodies too. Absolutely would recommend this home to others.

Cozy place for our family

House was perfect for our quick trip down to visit and head to Gainsville for some U of F games!!! Quick, easy drive to the University and close to stores and the highway. Check-in process wasn't perfect but we were able to figure it out after a couple phone calls. Other than that, great house, great location, and helpful hosts. :) Thanks!

Below average

House pics were misleading. In a sketchy neighborhood. House had a weird smell the whole time. No ceiling fans in the room. Couldn’t turn ac past a certain point. Stained carpet in the bed room. Would find random dead bugs throughout the property. Looked like a cheap flip. Left an item and could not get in contact with host. Very disappointed with the house.

Great Homebase for Gator Game

Home was very clean and had all essentials needed for our UCF (son & fiancé) vs Gator (Mom & Dad) weekend! Only 20 minutes to Stadium area and easy escape after game! We didn’t get to use fire pit area, but looked like a fun hangout area in cooler weather. Easy checkin and comfortable stay!! One caveat: on the VRBO app, the price per night was discounted by $20, but during checkout that price was not reflected. I went back and forth with host, who said she had no control over the site. I looked again and the discounted advertised price is not reflected when you get to the checkout page. We booked and paid original price since options were limited in our desired area.

Cozy and perfect

We were very pleased with the property!!!! The kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was nice and the rooms were clean and cozy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We were in town for UF parents weekend and we loved being close, but slightly away from the crowds.

Nicely Appointed Retreat

Lovely house with all the necessities and conveniences. Loved the coffee bar! Enjoyed the privacy of the backyard for relaxing. Walking distance to Main Street and a short drive to the bike trails of San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park.

Quiet and Clean

We have rented 6 houses/condos in the Alachua/Gainesville area over the last 14 months and I can say without a doubt this was the best of the best. It’s well appointed, nicely furnished and decorated, smells wonderful, nice yard and fire pit, beds are comfy, and it’s just so quiet. It was also our closest option for biking at San Felasco. We will stay again.

This property was as pictured. It was very clean and fully stock, right down to the coffee. Every one enjoyed there stay. We all were very impressed and would definitely stay again.
