"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. ..."

One of the rooms at downstairs was terrible, it smell like someone peed in the room, when we complained they said the carpet was recently shampood, how come a freshly cleaned carpet smells so terrible. Besides the bathroom sink was not draining properly and no hot water flow ..."

"Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable."
