"We had a three day weekend. Stay here for a child’s graduation. It was an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was top-notch. If anything was missing from the room, like the hairdryer, someone delivered it right away. All the concierge were very eager to help and make sure we enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be coming back."

"This is probably one of the most beautiful iconic historical hotels you will see. The artwork alone is like being in an art show. The architecture, the industrial feel, plus all the motorcycle and vintage merchandise. I've traveled quite a bit and I've never seen anything quite like it. Amazing, fantastic, beautiful, inspiring, iconic, fun, historical, and good food and drinks. You won't be disappointed."

"Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold. "The staff was fantastic! Parking was kind of a rip-off because to self park it was $35 or valet was $50. There wasn't a lot of choices where to park so we valet parked. The valets were awesome. Our room was relatively clean but the carpet was worn and stained in spots.overall it was comfortable, affordable and very centrally located"

Had a few issues with the room, tv was not working and required a tech visit, only to pods of coffee in the room, and no toilet paper, except for very little in the roll. Had to make a stop down the hallway closet to serve out selves. "
