Villasderosa: Un pequeño complejo familiar.

VillasDeRosa se encuentra a 65 millas al sur del aeropuerto de Cancún, en la bahía privada de Aventuras Akumal. VillasDeRosa ofrece este condominio de un dormitorio frente a la playa, con TV vía satélite, reproductores de CD, agua purificada, servicio diario de camarera de pisos, baño privado, ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado.

Este condominio cuenta con balcón privado, amplia sala de estar con comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Las comidas locales o internacionales pueden ser atendidas en su comedor o disfrutadas en nuestro bar en la azotea o en la cafetería junto a la piscina. Nuestro bar de playa está convenientemente abierto todo el día. La piscina tiene un final poco profundo y profundo para que todos los huéspedes disfruten.



Aquatech, nuestro centro de buceo PADI en el sitio, está disponible para buceo en arrecifes, buceo en cenotes y entrenamiento de buceo. Aquatech es pionero en el buceo en cuevas, cavernas y cenotes desde 1984. Snorkel es excelente, a pocos pasos de su condominio y pesca en alta mar, kayak de mar y equipo de snorkel están disponibles.

VillasDeRosa ofrece traslados privados al aeropuerto y un excelente servicio, para que pueda disfrutar de sus propias vacaciones en el Caribe.

Far from town..had to taxi in.Tony, manager very helpful.Room air conditioners great, none in living room.Good showers. Faucets leaking.Restaurant next door very convenient.Bottled water available.Couch and t.v. good.Akumel police charging 35 to beach with turtles.We didnt cook due to grocery store too far.

Amazing Trip

We had a great time during our stay. Tony is attentive, present, and responsive; the rooms were clean and had everything we needed; and the room service food was convenient, reasonable, tasted great, and was presented well. This is a great place, on the beach, that doesn't have the crowds of the larger resorts, just what we were looking for. We definitely will return.

Relaxing beach area

We stayed for 2 days in Tony’s property. It is right on the beach and there is an adorable open bar called the Beached Bikini next door. Fish tacos are amazing. The interior including wall paint, decorations and kitchen are in need of an update. But, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the view is amazing. They also have a kitchen that delivers to the room. Tony was present on check in and oriented us to the property. He also was very responsive to our needs during the stay. Thank you Tony!

Excellent Hosts!

Tony met us on arrival, set us up with our Wi-Fi, the room service menu and gave us the run down while walking us to our rooms. These were spacious, clean & well decorated. Water, coffee and linens supplied. The beach, our front yard. Tony and his partner Samantha are excellent communicators. His laid back nature with her sparkling sense of humor were an absolute pleasure. To say that they were accommodating just doesn’t convey the amount of effort that they put in to making their guests stay wonderful. **This might not be the right property for every one though. There’s no shopping in walking distance and just one (awesome) bay, cafe and Room Service. You can hop on the collectivo bus with a short walk to make your way to shopping and whatnot. The plumbing is a bit delicate, but the water pressure is great. The beach is clean and sand soft. You will be cared for. We’ll be back for sure.

Expectations….Exceeded!

I travel to Mexico yearly. This year 3x. The property is exactly as it is portrayed…the staff and management are exceptional. The bar/restaurant next door is so fun…the servers are excellent and make hanging out fun and comfortable. The food that we ordered from the restaurant was wonderful….we should have tried it before we bought groceries. One of my favorite features was my mattress.(lol) It was so comfortable that I checked the brand and series before I left. Thank you Tony for your wonderful resort and service that we received!

Great holiday with friends and family

We really enjoyed our stay at Villasderosa. We were a group of 3 families with young child. We each had our own unit and really appreciated the daily house keeping. Villasderosa is in a safe area, we felt comfortable letting the kids play and explore. The beach and pool were close enough that they could run between the two. The beach bar was a hit too. Tony was very helpful and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and was happy to hook us up with cabs, tours or whatever we needed. The only challenge for us was the location and not be able to walk into Akumul. The taxi ‘s are very expensive and can add up quickly if you plan on visiting Akumul or Tulum regularly. We would recommend Villasderosa to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday on the beach.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time, lots to do in the area and when we wanted to take it easy sun bathing on the bech was perfect! Appreciated the ability to order from the nextdoor restaurant and the daily housekeeping. Will look to book again!

Akumal Family Trip

Pros - the beds and pillows!! So comfortable, not a complaint from anyone. The place is pretty quiet and clean every morning there was someone out picking up and cleaning off our patio, they even have a little foot bath on the porch so that you don’t drag sand in. They also provide water for drinking and replace it when needed. Tony was very accommodating and responded to all requests so quickly! The roof top restaurant was closed but they delivered food and/or drinks to the room, porch or beach. There is also a little beach bar right next door that had good food and drinks. They also provide full laundry service. You could probably go out in town and find it cheaper but was worth it to not have to find a place, drop it off and pick it up. We actually just left it outside our door and it was returned the same day. Tiny will also arrange for a COVID test if necessary. We did not use the kitchen much but for left overs and keeping things cold, it was perfect. Cons - there is only AC in the bedrooms. It was really hot (for us) so we did not cook or spend time in the living room. The pool was not inviting, it is small so it is hot (like bath water) and kind of dirty with bugs and what not. And do you research of the area, it is not the hotels fault but research the dates you are going and the beach conditions, we did not and. could not really get in the ocean, there was so much dead sea grass up the coast line. Again, not the hotels fault but it was sad for a beach trip not to get in the ocean. Lots to do in the area and visited a lot of cenotes to get our water fix.

Fantastic location!

Stayed here for a couple of nights with a buddy of mine and it was the perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway. Tony was super helpful with recommendations and he even had snorkel gear for rent that my buddy used which was so convenient. The unit was very spacious and comfortable with a great view of the beach. There’s a great little beach bar right next door that has delicious food too which I recommend. It’s a perfect tucked away location that’s so close to Akumal Bay for snorkeling, tons of cenotes nearby, ruin sightseeing, and Tulum is only 20 min away which is a must see. Highly recommend staying here!

Great experience

We went for a girls trip and stayed here for 5 days. This place had a great local feel to it, even met locals at the beach bar. Check in process was so easy and Tony was SO helpful the entire week. He coordinated taxis for us every night and hooked us up with snorkel gear for the cenotes! They have a restaurant with room delivery service as well as the beach bar with amazing ceviche! Never had any noise issues or any other disruptions at this place. Only draw back is if you’re wanting to explore more of the town of tulum it’s about a 45 min taxi ride which can get very expensive! Akumal is great and there are many attractions near by.

Wow! Talk about customer service!

We had an amazing stay at Villas DeRosa! Our room was huge! I don't think I realized there were two bedrooms and two full baths when I reserved the room. It was a great surprise - especially for our 11-year old, who suddenly wants privacy all the time. The AC was located in the bedrooms only and kept those areas very cool. We were on the 3rd floor, so there was a nice cross breeze when we opened the sliders and front door. It was pretty hot during the day, but we didn't spend much time inside. The beds were soooo comfortable! The staff was incredibly responsive! All you had to do was ring the doorbell by the pool, and someone would come take your order. Food could be delivered to you at the beach or pool or your room. And it was delicious!!!!! I swear we had some of our best meals at the condo! Plus, Carlos made the best margarita I've ever had at the rooftop bar, and the views were spectacular! As a birthday gift for my boyfriend, Tony helped me coordinate an Explore Scuba experience through the dive shop for him, his son, and I during our stay. Tony was quick to respond to my many questions and took care of all the details. We just had to come downstairs - he arranged for someone to take us to the dive shop, where we had a guide (Alex) meet us with all the equipment we would need. We also lucked out with a photographer, Thomas Vogt, who captured our dive on film. There was someone at the front desk til at least 8 pm every night, and he was incredibly helpful. We felt very safe and loved the location, which was just a 5-minute drive to Half Moon Bay, where we stayed the previous two years. We loved the pool and snorkeling right in front of our condo every day. I highly recommend Villas DeRosa!

Property is a hidden gem, well maintained and the beach and view is amazing!

My husband and I along with our three kids (ages 9, 7, 5) stayed at Villa de Rosa the last few days and had the best time! It is truly a hidden gem, perfect for kids as it has a pool and beach right next to each other so your kids can safely go back and forth. The staff is delightful so friendly and will do anything an everything to make your stay enjoyable. The food is delicious as are the drinks. Right Nextdoor is an adorable restaurant/bar called the beached bikini that is a great place for eating somewhere else but not going too far. The bartender Charlie made our day, we miss him already! Is the place a 5 Star fully renovated hotel, no, but it’s charming and authentic. The rooms/condos were beautifully maintained, the sheets and towels clean and fresh. Can’t say enough!

Great location not so great experience

First 2 days no hot water 3rd day no water at all. Had to move twice but knew this in advance but we were moved to less desirable rooms, bedroom had no windows and the air conditioner was too loud to have on at night and the fan didn’t work. The food and staff were great but for the money go elsewhere. I complained to the owner but was just blown off. We won’t be back there again.
