Saltwater breeze condo is the perfect space to enjoy nature and a few steps in front of the sea, 7 rooftops with views, 2 pools on the ground floor with a gym, Yoga space, and one more pool facing the sea; where you can snorkel, sunbathe and enjoy a delicious cocktail while you relax. The privileged location, just 25 minutes from Tulum, 30 min from Playa del Carmen and, 5 minutes from Akumal, gives you the opportunity to explore the beauties of the Riviera Maya.

The condo has 5G wifi, on-site parking, 24/7 security, hotel-quality mattresses and linens, fully equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes and enjoy them with friends and family.

Private terrace and rooftop with ocean view, designed for our guests to enjoy and relax.

The complex has 7 common rooftop areas with ocean views, the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets surrounded by nature. There are also 2 pools on the ground floor at each end of the development, a gym, and a space for yoga. There is a beach club with loungers (this area does not have food and beverage service) and another pool facing the sea, where you will find direct access to the sandy beach where you can swim and enjoy afternoons at the beach while enjoying your favorite cocktail.

Santamar, is located in Punta Sur, very close to the town of Akumal. To get to your condo, you will leave the federal highway at PUNTA SUR and take a dirt road that will take you to the sea. We recommend renting a car or motorcycle to get there. The nearest shops are not too far away in the town of Akumal (5 minutes by car).

A rental car or motorcycle is recommended to explore the area.

From the federal highway, public transportation "colectivos" is available to go from north to south, you just have to wait for it on the federal highway 307.

We also offer private transportation service from the airport to the condo. Our service is designed to make your trip a comfortable and hassle-free experience. If you're interested, ask for more details.

Our condo is located in the second line from the sea, so our guests can access the sandy beach by crossing the pool that our complex offers at the end of the street. If you take a short walk, you will find a very nice beach club with a casual atmosphere where you can eat and drink while enjoying the beach. It's called "The Beached Bikini Bar and Grill

We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay with us, and to help us achieve this, we kindly ask you to read and follow the house rules below:

#1 - Number of Guests:
Please ensure that the total number of guests matches your reservation. If you have additional guests, they will not be covered by Airbnb insurance. We ask you to follow this rule as it is important for everyone's safety.

#2 - Check-Out:
Our maid will arrive shortly after 11:00 am to clean the property. Please make sure that you have checked out before this time. We would also appreciate it if you could leave all rubbish in the bins located in the underground car park.

#3 - Dishes:
If you have used any dishes during your stay, please wash and clean them. This would be of great help to us, and we appreciate your cooperation.

#4 - Lights and Air Conditioning:
We care about our environment and surroundings, and we kindly ask you to turn off all the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment each day and at check-out.

#5 - Forbidden Activities:
It is forbidden to use the condominium or any area of the building for any activity prohibited by law, including the consumption of illegal substances. Any suspicious activity will result in the authorities being called. Please do not bring any pets or animals to the condominium, and do not perform any act that causes harm or damage to the property or other guests. Additionally, please do not take any item of property from the condo. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.

#6 - Linens and Towels:
We kindly ask that you take care of the linens and towels provided during your stay. If you leave any marks or stains on them, including makeup stains, a charge will be added to your bill.

Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of safety in our neighborhood. We kindly request that you always leave the doors and windows tightly closed when you leave the condo and turn off all the light bulbs and air conditioning.

Hidden gem
Perfect location. So close to restaurants, beach and town of Akumal. We felt very safe here as there was a person posted at building entrance 24/7. The condo was amazing from the new furnishings to the private rooftop patio to the ocean views. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Great apartment, beach access could be better.
We had a great stay. The apartment is nice, especially the private rooftop with jacuzzi is amazing. Only downer: the beaches that are accessible are very private (from other hotels/resorts) and fairly narrow (so you can't just sit in front of the resorts). Also, akumal town is not great.
