This new condo is perfectly located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, inside the Grand Sirenis Resort, a gated community just 4 Km away from Akumal Bay, famous for hosting Loggerhead and Green turtles year round.
With a very unique and modern design, it offers the perfect dashing place for a romantic getaway, an adventure, or relaxing holidays.
The apartment features a large balcony overlooking the tree tops and a large roof top with jacuzzi and the best view in the Riviera Maya, overlooking the jungle with the ocean as a background. It's equipped with 10 megas speed WIFI, smarts TVs with Samsung channels and online stream (using your own account), washer and dishwasher machines, drying rack, one king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room. There's a swimming pool and an elevator in the building.
if you would like the "All Inclusive" at Grand Sirenis Hotel, you can purchase a day or night pass. Rates vary by season.
The best way to get around and have acces to all the region has to offer, is by rental car, but you can also use the colectivos (White vans, public transportation) that run north-south-north along the main road between Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum and combine that with local taxis or walking depending of where you're going.
The center of Tulum is located 25 Km south (20 min) and Playa del Carmen is located 36 Km north (30 min) making the location perfect between the two cities and within many adventure parks, cenotes, lagoons, archeological sites beaches and many other attractions along both ways. Chichen Itza Archeological site, one of the new 7 wonders of the world, is about 2 hours away by car or tour bus.
For extended stays of 28 days or more, there will be a US $100 fee per month or prorated towards electric consumption to be paid to the owner upon arrival.
You will need to provide full names and passports/ID numbers for all guests in order to give access through security.

Wonderful location - perfect homebase

We loved staying here! It was even more beautiful in person. We rented a car and were able to get anywhere from the apartment. The community was very secure and the surrounding areas are beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous views from the rooftop

The condo was beautiful & kitchen very well stocked. The views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning. We used the drying rack all the time because even following the instructions the dryer never dried, Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. You must visit the gorgeous white beaches with sparkling blue waters. Lots to do & see in the area.

1st Vacation in 7 Years

We found the property very clean and loved having the rooftop to sit out at night and watch the stars while the ocean breezes kept us cool. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed,The only issue we found was that the hot water takes a long time to come from the faucets and when showering it goes cold then hot again. Thanks for providing av great condo to enjoy it vacation from.Tim & MP - Quebec, Canada

Life in the treetops

The unit is modern, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was much better equipped than many I've stayed in in the past. I really enjoyed the rooftop patio for sunbathing or an evening drink under the stars while the large very private balcony was perfect for reading, visiting with guests or having dinner. Any issues were dealt with quickly and competently. Overall, I was very pleased with everything about the unit and would look forward to staying there again in future.

Great retreat

This is my second time at this property. It's clean, comfortable and well-located, just a short drive from the beautiful beach at Akumal. My only negative is that the hot water in the kitchen is not reliable. There was no problem in the bathroom and shower. I even had hot water in the jacuzzi on the roof. Maybe this could be fixed. But overall a great place to staya great

Great condo at Sirenis

Great property very clean and new. The unit has a private rooftop deck with jacuzzi which is a very nice feature. Internet a little slower than expected. Only a washer with no dryer which was expected but is notable if staying for long periods of time. Property is very quiet and secure. If you know what your doing and rent a car to stay in this area it’s a great place to be with about 30min to either Playa del Carmen or Tulum and 10min from Akumal beach.
