  • Seven Seas nº 3, planta principal, piscina unitarios lado con vista al mar. Seven Seas Condominiums es un pequeño complejo de apartamentos ubicado en la comunidad tranquila playa de Akumal Sur, a sólo dos millas y media al sur de Akumal adecuada.



    Los huéspedes del Seven Seas disfrutar de una gran piscina junto a la playa con tumbonas para relajarse bajo el sol. Cada unidad tiene un patio privado y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa de arena y la orilla del agua.



    Seven Seas # 3 está lleno de apartamentos de dos dormitorios con cocina totalmente equipada, comedor con capacidad para seis personas y sala de estar. Desde el salón acceder al patio de la piscina. La unidad se enfrenta al océano y tiene plenos vistas brillantes de los jardines y el mar. Los huéspedes también pueden disfrutar de vistas al mar desde los dos dormitorios y el acceso a los patios junto a la piscina.



    El dormitorio principal es amplio. Equipadas con cama king, sala de estar privada, escritorio con vista al mar, cuarto de baño privado y aire acondicionado. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con dos camas individuales que se pueden hacer para un rey para dar cabida a las parejas o familias. Esta habitación también disfruta de una vista al mar y cuenta con baño privado y aire acondicionado. También hay un tamaño queen cama de aire inflable disponible por US $ 25 / noche para acomodar un quinto invitado.



    Otra gran característica en Seven Seas 3 es que se ha rampa de acceso hasta el final de la zona de aparcamiento en el condominio, para aquellos que buscan la facilidad de la movilidad dentro y fuera de la unidad.

Majestic Sea Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic location. The pool, kayaks and and house keeping were great. The only downside was the lack of comfortable living room seating. For practical reasons the couches are concrete but the cushions don't make them comfortable.

Walking through the front door on our first day we were in awe at the gorgeous view out the sliding glass door, The beautiful pool was right off our bedroom and the beach a few steps away. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the condo outside reading, playing games, and just watching the waves and sunsets. The housekeeper and pool people were wonderful and super friendly. They were very helpful and accomodating. It exceeded our expetations.

Quiet Beach Holiday

We loved our time at Akumal Sur. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed snorkelling every other day, and the pool was wonderful. We ordered groceries online, and rented a car to drive to Puerto Adventuras for groceries. There is so much to see and do in this region, cenotes, ruins, beaches. Renting a car is a must as taxis are quite expensive. The staff at the property were the BEST. Miguel made us feel right at home and was kind and helpful. Our kids loved it here and we would absolutely come back again.

The bay itself is a natural wonde, with the reefs that protects the whole bay and full of marine life to enjoy unlimited snorkeling experience.

Beautiful location and roomy condo

By far, we absolutely loved our cleaner "Dacie" and manager "Miguel" ...so helpful and friendly. The condo was nice and clean, but needed a bit of updating. Mostly the master bedroom's sheets/towels. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the toaster didn't work! The weather was gorgeous, seeing Tulum and Cenote Azul were amazing. A bit reefy out front in the ocean but lots of paddleboards and kayaks to get out there..it was private and very quiet and had a sparkling clean pool and groundskeeper!! It was the perfect place to stay for 10 days and enjoy the turquoise water and beach.

This had been the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in. Largest 2BR 2 bath by far. Lovely furnishings and decor and just steps from pool and beach. Very quiet and peaceful yet just a short drive from great restaurants in Akumal Nord. Staff very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up!Visited the newly opened Tulum Airport. Looks awesome and will be a welcome alternative for visiting this area.

The condo is well maintained and the staff is awesome! My only recommendation would be to put a new mattress pad on the king bed. We ate at several restaurants, and our favorite was Taco Maya in the Pueblo. You can’t go wrong with Seven Seas. Too bad that the sargassum has become so invasive, but the efforts to keep the beach clean are commendable...the crews work so hard every day!

Dad has trouble with knees so this place was absolutely ideal. No steps. Ocean front. And pool side. It was beautifullly decorated in a Mexican traditional style. (They loved it!!!! You’ll need transportation to get anywhere but the service was stellar. Miguel lived up to the reputation from previous reviews. Thank you for allowing Us to share this magnificent place. Another feather for Akumal rentals.

Tropical vacations with Turtles...

The condo was located directly on the beach of Akumal Sur with direct access to the sea. We enjoyed using the kayaks and snorkeled at the reef. After the salt water activities, we could take a shower in the garden and jumped into the beautiful pool. An as a highlight, we could watch Turtles coming to the beach for nesting activities. Just wonderful!The condo itself did offer all the amenities which are needed for a relaxed stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for meal preparation an dining. We did both, either cooking in the kitchen, and also went out for dinner in the restaurants in Akumal. The two bedrooms were nice and comfortable , one equipped with a king-sized bed, the other with two single beds. Bioth rooms were aiirconditioned. The staff was really nice. Special thanks to Miguel, who helped us with the issues of our rental car. Many thanks, Miguel! You were a great support.

Great spacious apartment at quiet, secluded beach!

Reviewer Comments: Very convenient and spacious apartment on ground floor, right in front of the swimming pool and couple of steps from sandy beach and rocky sea. The Sargasso arrived already mid April this year and, although a few steps further into the water and the snorkeling is great. Apartment is great for a family with two bathrooms, children sleeping room and big master bedroom. There are two places to sit outside. Kitchen well equipt. On the whole: very nice experience and might come back!
