Casa Salvaje is the perfect location for a family vacation or a large group reunion. Located on the long soft sand beach of Aventuras Akumal, Salvaje is the place for sunbathing and sculpting monumental sand art and castles. The sandy bottom bay offers a pristine environment for snorkeling and swimming. Depending on the time of year, you may also be favored to experience nesting sea turtles and the emergence of turtle hatchlings from the white sands. The Exterior:
Casa Salvaje is an inviting two story beachfront villa plus a garden guest house that offers enough room for up to 18 guests, making Salvaje an ideal choice for family celebrations and large group reunions.

A blue tiled sparkling swimming pool with a generous patio and deck area is located on the beautiful ocean side of the property. Shade palapas, beach lounge chairs, sea kayaks, and a gas grill are just a few of the patio furnishings provided to enhance your time in the Mayan sand and sun. A large terrace facing the ocean on the Villa's second level is perfect for looking out over the bay or a hammock siesta! The Caribbean is your backdrop as you hang by the pool and enjoy lazy afternoons with Margaritas in hand.

Villa Layout:
The main level includes a full modern kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with seating for 12 and an adjacent entertainment area that is comfortably furnished and equipped with a Smart + Satellite television. From the main level a gorgeous view of the beach is courtesy of sliding glass doors that grants access to the swimming pool, sundeck, and beach.

The Villa's second level primary bedrooms are air conditioned and enjoy private ensuite bathroom/shower. The spacious beach facing suite is furnished with a King bed and endless ocean views and an open air terrace. The Villa's other large split-level primary suite has lush garden views and is furnished with a King bed plus a Queen bed that are separated by a low partition wall.

The Villa's two main level bedrooms are air conditioned and have unrestricted access to the swimming pool, deck, and beach through sliding glass doors. One bedroom is furnished with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom/shower while the second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and access to a bathroom/shower.

Garden Guest House Layout:
The garden Guest House offers three welcoming air conditioned rooms with private ensuite bathroom/shower, all enjoying views of the lush garden. The lower level offers a spacious room furnished with two Queen beds. The two upper level rooms have access to an open air terrace and are each furnished
with a King bed.
