Whether you are celebrating a romantic honeymoon or just need a tranquil location to relax, this colorful one bedroom suite is the ideal spot for your next getaway. As you enter the condo, take in the incredible floor to ceiling windows that offer unparalleled views of the blue waters of the Caribbean. The open concept living room and kitchen come with A/C and are especially designed so you can take full advantage of the Half Moon Bay view.

The bedroom features a king bed and A/C. A special peekaboo window in the bedroom also allows for ocean views so you can wake up to the sea. Truly a delight!

Guests enjoy the close proximity to Yalku Lagoon, area restaurants and the famous Akumal Bay. After a full day of exploring, take a dip in one of the two swimming pools on site or relax under a beachfront palapa while taking time out for your favorite book.

Peaceful week!

The place was great. Excellent views and very quiet part of Half Moon Bay. Great snorkeling right out front and in Yalku. Would recommend it for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy a quiet place on the water.

The La Iguana condo was exactly as described. Gorgeous ocean views, snorkeling right off the property, walking distance to a few restaurants and Yal Ku. Staff (housekeeping and groundskeeping) were friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful location.

Everything was wonderful. Hector, Lelia & rest of staff were great. Quiet. Electrical outlets & lights seem like they need a check. No tv no problem. WiFi only works at night, so what you’re on vacation.

Lovely

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I would say was tricky is the step in the bathroom! Both my spouse and I have to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and a couple of times, we almost tripped... Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay. We hope to return soon!

Great getaway in Akumal!

This was my best rental experience I have ever had. Great location for relaxing. Cleaning services daily and had everything we needed for our stay. I do recommend renting a golf cart as it is a bit of a walk to the main market area. I had a great experience at La Iguana and would gladly stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The unit has everything you need to cook meals, is very clean, and has incredible views. We loved the location because of the amazing snorkelling just out front and also because it’s only a short bike ride (longer walk) to some great restaurant options!

AKUMAL view was beautiful.

The view of the ocean was unbelievable from this unit. The unit was clean decorated beautifully. Enjoyed sunny by the water but it is very shallow water. Make sure to have water shoes if you are getting in the water. Condo location is in a gated area and very safe. Walking distance (at least one mile maybe more) to town. Wish I had rented a golf cart for the week. Manager, Leticia, was very helpful and informative about the areas and places to visit in the area. The views at the top floor of the condo were great for wine and sunsets.
