If you're looking for a nice getaway with friends & family look no further! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated and sits RIGHT on Portage Lakes (Long Lake portion of PLX). The master bedroom includes a walk-out balcony that overlooks the lake. Kayaks & a Nintendo with 620 games are also provided at no extra cost. You can also bring your fishing poles and fish from the yard! Tons of restaurants!

Driveway:
While the driveway is short, it’s steep and for experienced drivers. In addition to parking at the bottom of the driveway there is also a private parking section on the road level with steps, approximately 20, that lead directly to the front door.

Driveway Winter Conditions (December-March):
Due to steepness of driveway guests will be required to use steps rather than driveway due to steepness of the driveway.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
