  • Lux. 2 bed/2 bath condo in beautiful Northside district of Akron! Large windows in the living/ bedrooms showing great views of the historic Cuyahoga Valley with easy access to walking/ biking trails. Well appointed space for that family wishing to be close and explore all our beautiful city has to offer or for the business traveler needing a cozy home away for home. Fine dinning, quick bites, and shopping all steps away. Quick highway access to Cleveland or Canton both within a 30 minute drive!

    This beautiful property is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Open concept living area with comfortable sitting and a cozy fireplace. The large master bedroom is en-suite with a beautiful bathroom and a large walk in closet. The spacious second bathroom comes with a bathtub to soak in and relax after a day exploring or working. Each living space has large windows with beautiful views of the Cuyahoga Valley!! Enjoy the views and a good night sleep with blockout drapes in both rooms.

    The living room leads out to a private, spacious balcony with a nice siting area.

    The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking to make your stay comfortable. Also in the kitchen is an Espresso maker and a Keurig coffee maker.

    Weather permitting, there is easy access to beautiful walking/ biking trails.

    Enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at NOMZ!! NOMZ is located in the Northside Marketplace “an urban market with a focus on social interaction, local businesses and grass roots artisans” which is all in the same building!! For a night of fine dinning, Luciano’s is also located downstairs!!! A few steps across the building is an Akron staple for authentic Italian cooking and Pizza since 1949, Luigi’s restaurant.

    One car parking located in the climate controlled garage, with plenty of parking space across the street. Enjoy secure entry into building. Level 2 EV charging station attached to your dedicated parking spot.

Weekend stay

This property was perfect for my family’s weekend trip. The host was very responsive to our needs and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again, one of the best VRBO’s I have stayed at.

We enjoyed another stay at the lofts. We had a wonderful dinner at Dante’s as well. Great location near the Railroad.

Lovely stay

Walking distance to food, the scenic train station, Jillys Music Room and parks. The condo had upscale furnishings with a lovely balcony. This was a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful apartment that has everything you could need for a stay. The hosts left a basket of snacks and the coffee keurig selection was great! The kitchen was beautiful. The only drawback is that bedroom walls don't go all the way to the ceiling, so privacy isn't 100%.

Everything was top tier. One of the best experiences I've had with a short term rental without a doubt. And I've rented them all over the country. I'm already considering future dates. A really exceptional property.

The space is exactly as pictured and in a perfect location for my reason for being in town. Loved the extras that the owner provided to make it really comfortable. It felt safe and the communication with the owner was excellent. I'll be back!

Great and comfortable stay for the holidays

Perfect for our family trip back home for the holidays. Gave us the perfect place to rest during the evenings. Very clean and had all the needed amenities for anything you could want. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a warm fireplace.

Overall a really great experience. The condo was well stocked and the host answered all of my questions quickly. My only criticism is that the main living room has large window with no treatment so the summer sun comes in strong. The other windows had treatments so you could block the sun if you’d like. A relatively small item to be sure.

Perfect location, awesome property, secure parking and great host! We loved the balcony and the view! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts were readily available for questions. We will be back!

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we've ever experienced. We appreciated the cleanness of the apartment and the balcony with a view over the city, but the most unusual amenity for us was the EV charger! This meant we could explore Akron without having to hunt around fort charging stations. The hosts were helpful, welcoming communicators. If life sends us to Akron again, we'll want to stay here.

Perfect getaway

Loved this place so much. Puctures do not do it justice. The host kept in contact throughout the trip and even left a hand written note in a basket of snacks. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again

Great communication with the host. Easy access and convenient, secure parking. Perfect location for in town shopping and exploring Akron in general. Close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park where Ledges Trail and other beautiful hiking trails are located. Super nice condo with all the amenities. The built in espresso machine was a nice surprise. Great overall experience and would highly recommend.

For the price of less than two decent hotel rooms the other couple, my husband/chef and I were delighted with the kitchen, that we had more than enough space to enjoy spending time together and that we each had our own luxurious bathrooms. The view from all three rooms with enormous windows was so nice both day and night. The industrial touches made it feel quite upscale and gave us a different (in a very good way) kind of experience. Communication with our wonderful hosts was easy, efficient and highly responsive. Check-in was a breeze with the convenient parking and elevator.
