The space
The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking or use the gas grill to extend your outdoor time. The dining area is perfect to enjoy a meal with the family, order takeout or play games. The two bedrooms are outfitted with full beds with plush bedding and delightful decor. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck and take a walk to the water's edge. Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces except the locked supply closet.

There is free driveway parking with enough space to comfortably fit 2 vehicles.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The water supply comes from a well. We have a filter system, but there may be an occasional sulfur smell and lower water pressure. We provide a Brita filter pitcher for drinking water.

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

This home has weekly lawn maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
